📅 How to Book a StarHub eAppointment

Setting up your shop visit digitally is a simple affair.

Browser

  1. Log in with your Hub iD.
  2. Click “My Account” at the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Manage My Account” from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll to “eAppointment” and click “Book Now.”
  5. Verify your details and follow the instructions to book.

StarHub App

  1. Log in with your Hub iD.
  2. Tap “More” on the bottom-right of the home screen.
  3. Select “My Delivery & Appointments.”
  4. Choose “Set an appointment” and follow the steps to book.
