All StarHub Outlets and Locations
StarHub has 7 shops spread across Singapore's Central, East, North-East, West, and North regions. Every StarHub shop in Singapore opens daily from 11am to 9pm. Not all outlets offer the same services, so check the notes below before heading out.
Outlets tagged "SIM Replacement Only" support SIM card replacement for non-sales related transactions. For new sign-ups, device purchases, recontracts, number porting, or transfer of ownership, visit a Full Service shop (Paragon, Tampines Mall, NEX, or Jurong Point).
StarHub Exclusive Partner Outlets
In addition to the 7 main shops, StarHub has 4 Exclusive Partner outlets operated by third-party retailers. These partners handle sales-related transactions such as port-in requests, new sign-ups, and recontracting for mobile, TV+, broadband, and Digital Voice Home services. They also support SIM card replacement for non-sales transactions.
What to Bring to Your StarHub Shop Visit
Walking into a StarHub shop without the right documents means a wasted trip. Here is what you need for each transaction type.
New Sign-Up or Port-In
Original NRIC or FIN card (photocopies not accepted). For port-in requests, bring your current SIM card and have your existing account number ready.
Recontract or Plan Change
Original NRIC or FIN card. Know your current plan name and any add-ons you want to keep or remove. Check your recontract eligibility on the StarHub App before your visit.
Transfer of Ownership
Both the current and new account holders must be present with their original NRIC or FIN cards. Available at Paragon, Tampines Mall, NEX, and Jurong Point only.
Click & Collect Pickup
Original NRIC or FIN card (or passport). You need to sign for your purchase in person. Pickup is available from 15 minutes to 2 days after your online order is confirmed.
Important: Photocopies of identification documents are not accepted at any StarHub shop. Bring the original physical card.
How to Book a StarHub eAppointment
A StarHub eAppointment is a free online booking for a time slot at your preferred StarHub shop. Instead of walking in and waiting in a queue, you arrive at your scheduled time and get served promptly. You book through your Hub iD account on the website or through the StarHub App.

Good to know: You are entitled to 1 eAppointment slot at a time, regardless of how many StarHub services you have. Once your appointment is submitted, you cannot modify it directly. To make changes, cancel the existing booking and create a new one.

Yes. There is no charge to book, reschedule, or cancel a StarHub eAppointment. You need to cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled time to avoid any issues.

You reschedule through the StarHub App. Go to "More," then "My appointment," select the missed booking, and pick a new date. Rescheduled dates are available up to 7 days after the original appointment date.
Bring your TV+ set-top box to Paragon, Tampines Mall, NEX, or Jurong Point for a 1-to-1 exchange. The other StarHub outlets and Exclusive Partners do not handle set-top box transactions.
