Can I use the StarHub recontract voucher when switching to Star Plan?

The recontract voucher can only be applied when you renew your Mobile+ 2-year plan. The new iPhone 15 will be available on Mobile+ 2-year plans at our online store www.starhub.com/iphone from 20 September 2023.

Delivery

Where can I track the delivery of my iPhone 15 or Apple Watch?
Our delivery hours are from 9 am to 10 pm and your order will arrive anytime during this period.

- If you signed up on our new SIM only Star Plan, you can view the details of your scheduled delivery here or log in to StarHub App, tap on "More" and choose "My appointment". You will receive an SMS once your iPhone is out for delivery. You will also receive your OTP on the day of delivery.

- If you signed up on our Mobile+ 2-year plans, you will receive an SMS when a mobile delivery personnel is on the way to deliver to you.

Can I reschedule the delivery of my iPhone 15 or Apple Watch?
As the volume of orders for the latest iPhone is exceptionally high and we are operating at full capacity to meet the demand, we are unable to accommodate requests for rescheduling for all iPhone 15 and/or Apple Watch orders.

However, for full visibility, you can track your order here or log in to StarHub App, tap on "More" and choose "My appointment". We will also inform you 2 hours before the scheduled delivery.

If you are not able to receive the delivery in person, you can authorize a friend or family member to receive on your behalf. To facilitate this delivery process, they will need to show us the following:
- OTP for delivery verification
- Your original ID used to purchase the SIM card

Do I need to receive my delivery personally?
The best option is to receive your item(s) personally. For security reasons, you'll be asked to provide your ID and a one-time PIN (OTP) for verification for your package to be released.

If your plans has changed, don't fret. You can change your delivery address here, until the day before your original schedule, 11:59pm.


If you are unable to receive the delivery in person, you can authorise a friend or family member to receive on your behalf. To facilitate this delivery process, they will need to show us the following:
- OTP for delivery verification
- Your original ID used to purchase the SIM card

Can I change my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address until 3pm of the day before delivery date. We cannot accommodate any address changes after 3pm to ensure that you will receive your order on the scheduled date.
