StarHub Prepaid Plans are monthly plans with no excess fees or pay-per-use charges.

Take control and enjoy the flexibility. Let it renew automatically or choose to top up a new plan whenever it suits you.

Your remaining credit balance from your old prepaid plan will move to your new StarHub Prepaid Plan. Unused data, call minutes, and SMS will be replaced with the new plan that comes with more benefits monthly.

You can top up using cash payment at StarHub authorised resellers, or online using the StarHub app with a credit or debit card or AXS machines.

You don't need to change your SIM card to enjoy the new plan. But for the best 5G experience, you can use a 5G SIM card and a 5G phone.

Each SIM replacement costs $38.15 for a physical SIM. You can also get a eSIM for $10.90, if your phone is compatible.

No billshock, No excess usage charges.

You can purchase your preferred add-on services via StarHub app if you require them.   

You will no longer require the Prepaid app with your new StarHub Prepaid Plan. As soon as you are upgraded to the new plan, you can manage your StarHub Prepaid Plan on the StarHub app.
