The new Prepaid Star Plan are pre-payment, contract-free digitalised SIM Only plans with no excess fees or pay-per-use charges. They comes with entitlements including 5G data, IDD calls, roaming, and more.

With a monthly plan, you pay the same every month on a fixed date. Enjoy lots of data and call minutes, including IDD. No worries about running out of data, or bill shock.

Your remaining credit balance from your old prepaid plan will move to your new Prepaid Star Plan. Unused data, call minutes, and SMS will be replaced with the new plan that comes with more benefits monthly.

You can top up using cash payment at StarHub authorised resellers, or online using the StarHub app with a credit or debit card or AXS machines.

You don't need to change your SIM card to enjoy the new plan. But for the best 5G experience, you can use a 5G SIM card and a 5G phone.

Each SIM replacement costs $38.15 for a physical SIM. You can also get a eSIM for $10.90, if your phone is compatible.

No billshock, No excess usage charges.

You can purchase your preferred add-on services via StarHub app if you require them.   

You will no longer require the Prepaid app with your new Prepaid Star Plan. As soon as you are upgraded to the new plan, you can manage your Prepaid Star Plan on the StarHub app.
