Is your home fibre-ready?
First, check if your home is covered by the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network. You can do this online.
Contact us early before the big move.
Remember to book a service installation appointment with us 2 weeks in advance. It is completely hassle-free. Simply complete an online form and we will contact you within 48 hours.
We will take it from here.
Once you’ve set an installation date with us, our technicians will arrive at your new house to install your services.
Pack all your equipment.
On the service installation day, remember to bring along all equipment and cables to your new home. These may include:
- Fibre TV set-top box (if applicable)
- Optical Network Terminal (ONT)
- Optical fibre cable
- Network cable
- Wireless router
- Telephone
- Data Switch
- WiFi repeaters
