D Link DIR-850L, DIR-865L, DIR-868L, DIR-890L

D-Link routers (DIR-850L, DIR-865L, DIR-868L, DIR-890L) that came with your StarHub Broadband service before July 2017 are now out-of-warranty and may not provide optimal surfing experience hence you may find your experience is compromised. In addition, it has reached the end of support life, thus exposing you to security vulnerabilities such as cyber-attacks, identity and data leakage or viruses.

In order for you to enjoy our StarHub home broadband optimally, we strongly recommend replacing the out-of-warranty D-Link router with a new router to ensure optimal internet usage experience. You can upgrade to StarHub Smart WiFi or Smart Wifi Pro which comes with a newer mesh technology and enhanced security features, giving you the best WiFi coverage with no dead spots and faster surfing speeds. Installation is as easy as plug-and-play.

For customers who wish to recontract for a free router, you may do so via the online store, any StarHub shop or by calling 1630. For customers who wish to purchase a Smart WiFi or WiFi Pro router, please proceed to a StarHub shop at Plaza Singapura, Nex, Tampines Mall or Jurong Point.

StarHub unfortunately will no longer provide technical assistance for D-Link routers at 1633 from 1 May 2022, hence you may contact D-Link support hotline directly at 6501 4200.
