What is the Multi-Line Discount?

The Multi-Line Discount is a benefit for customers who have two or more eligible mobile lines under the same Hub ID account.

It offers a fixed monthly dollar discount across all qualifying lines, making it easier for families or individuals with multiple lines to enjoy more savings. Click here for more information.

Which plans are eligible for the Multi-Line Discount?

The discount is available for customers on 5G Unlimited+ and 5G Platinum plans.
Star Plan, 5G Lite, 5G Senior, and 5G Data Only plans are not eligible for the Multi-line Discount.
CIS, PAssion, HomeTeamNS, and Trust partner offers are also excluded from this discount.

How many lines do I need to qualify?

You’ll need a minimum of two active mobile lines with eligible plans under the same Hub ID account to qualify for the discount.

How much discount will I receive?

The discount is a fixed dollar amount per line. The more lines, the greater the discount.Click here for more information.

Do I need to register or apply for the discount?

No, there’s no registration required. The Multi-Line Discount is automatically applied to all eligible lines under your Hub ID account once the system detects that you meet the eligibility criteria.

When will I start seeing the discount take effect?

For existing customers with eligible plans, the discount will take effect from your next month's renewal after qualification.

New customers will see the discount reflected in their first payment after activation.

How will the discount appear on my account?

You’ll see the discount reflected under a separate line item labelled 'Multi-Line Discount' in your monthly e-receipt for each eligible mobile line.

What happens if I terminate or port-out one of my lines?

If one of your lines is terminated or ported-out, the system will automatically reassess your account and discount amount.

You will still be eligible for a Multi-line Discount if you still have at least two active eligible lines. If not, the discount will stop from the next renewal payment.

Can I combine the Multi-Line Discount with other promotions or partner offers?

Yes. To qualify for the Multi-Line Discount, all eligible lines must be under the same Hub ID account. Lines under different Hub IDs or accounts will not be counted toward the discount.

Do all lines need to be under the same account?

No. The Multi-Line Discount cannot be combined or stacked with CIS, PAssion, HomeTeamNS, or Trust partner offers.

Can I stack/combine Multi-line discount with Hub Club Go / CIS/ Passion / HomeTeamNS / Trust discounts / Promotions/ Offers?

No. The Multi-Line Discount cannot be combined or stacked with an existing Hub Club Go discount. 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum Plans are not eligible for Hub Club Go.

Why do I not enjoy the full multi-line discount as advertised?

The Multi-Line Discount is calculated at the point of payment during sign-up or your plan's monthly renewal. 
In the event that you sign up for an additional line at a later date, you will enjoy the discount for your new additional line immediately, but the discount for your earlier eligible line(s) will only take effect during your next payment cycle.
