MaxMobile Promotion Terms and Conditions:

  1. Offer is applicable till such date as determined by StarHub.
  2. A 24-month contract to MaxMobile SurfLite datapack is required
  3. SIM registration/activation fee of $37.45 applies
  4. 30% MaxMobile SurfLite discount promotion is valid for 24 months. Thereafter, the prevailing rates or the discounted rates apply.
  5. Hub Club discount is not applicable on the mobile data line enjoying the 30% MaxMobile Surflite discount promotion.
  6. Discounts are mutually exclusive.

MaxMobile Broadband Plans Terms and Conditions:

  1. StarHub Mobile postpaid customers can subscribe to any of the above data plans as a value-added service (VAS) except for MaxMobile SurfLite. A customer subscribing to a data plan and/or VAS must ensure that he has an existing StarHub Mobile postpaid plan.
  2. There is a one-time registration fee of $10.70 (incl. GST) for subscribing to any of the data plans.
  3. The subscription charges will be billed on a monthly basis and charged to the customers' StarHub mobile bills.
  4. StarHub Mobile Postpaid customers can upgrade/downgrade to the above data plans if their accounts are not being suspended, blacklisted or have any unpaid outstanding balances. Customers must clear the outstanding balances due to StarHub before they can upgrade to any of the above data plans.
  5. The 30% discount on MaxMobile SurfLite data plan promotion is valid till such date as determined by StarHub.
  6. Any change in data plans may result in a temporary disruption of service and/or loss of data and StarHub shall not be liable for any liability arising out of or in connection with such disruption or loss of data.
  7. Unlimited usage as part of MaxMobile SurfLite/Ultimate data plan is only applicable for local data charges
  8. StarHub reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time and without notice. No customer will be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such termination.
  9. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  10. StarHub's General Terms & Conditions and Specific Terms & Conditions for Mobile and Mobile Data Services at www.starhub.com will also apply.
  11. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions (including pricing) at its discretion without prior notice. Use of StarHub services will constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions and the amendments thereof.
