MaxMobile Elite Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is applicable from 16 July till such date as determined by StarHub.
2. A 24-month contract to MaxMobile Elite data plan is required.
3. One time registration fee of $10.70 and SIM registration/activation fee of $37.45 apply.
4. The 30% discount off MaxMobile Elite data plan promotion is valid till such date as determined by StarHub.
5. The 50% discount off MaxMobile Elite data plan promotion is valid till such date as determined by StarHub. Only applicable for new and existing postpaid residential MaxOnline customers, whose MaxOnline service is subscribed under the same service address as the StarHub Mobile postpaid service. The promotion is not applicable to MaxOnline customers who are subscribed to Commercial and Bulk Master packages.
6. Discounts are mutually exclusive.

MaxMobile Broadband Plans Terms and Conditions

1. There is a one-time registration fee of $10.70 (incl. GST) for subscribing to any of the data plans.
2. The subscription charges will be billed on a monthly basis and charged to the customers' StarHub mobile bills.
3. StarHub Mobile broadband Postpaid customers can upgrade/downgrade to the above data plans if their accounts are not being suspended, blacklisted,have any unpaid outstanding balances or an existing contract. Customers must clear the outstanding balances due to StarHub before they can upgrade to any of the above data plans.
4. Any change in data plans may result in a temporary disruption of service and/or loss of data and StarHub shall not be liable for any liability arising out of or in connection with such disruption or loss of data.
5. Unlimited usage as part of MaxMobile SurfLite/Ultimate/Elite data plan is only applicable for local data charges.
6. StarHub reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time and without notice. No customer will be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such termination.
7. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
8. StarHub's General Terms & Conditions and Specific Terms & Conditions for Mobile and Mobile Data Services at www.starhub.com will also apply.
9. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions (including pricing) at its discretion without prior notice. Use of StarHub services will constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions and the amendments thereof.
