StarHub Prepaid App is a mobile application that allows you to manage your prepaid account anytime, anywhere. You can use the app to check credit/data balances, top up using various payment methods, get packages, manage roaming settings and view transaction history.
More functions are added from time to time, please ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of the app.
The StarHub Prepaid App is supported on Android 5.0 & above; iOS 8.0 & above.
StarHub Prepaid App is available on iOS Apple Store and Google Play Store. You can download and install it onto your mobile device.
There is no data charge while accessing the app. However, you need to be connected to the internet to access the app. Do take note that downloading the app from Google Play or App Store incur data charges and other apps running in the background will also incur data charges.
You are required to enter your prepaid mobile number, and a one-time-pin (OTP) will be sent to the prepaid mobile number.
Ensure to enter the correct OTP into the login page. You will be able to access the app and view your prepaid account.
If your prepaid SIM is terminated, you will not be able access your account balance from the app.
Please wait for approximate 1 minute for the OTP to reach your prepaid mobile number, if you still do not receive the OTP, click on resend OTP for a new one to be sent to you.
Yes, you will receive an SMS notification once a service is activated successfully.
Select Top-Up and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the top up. The payment methods are Visa/ Mastercard/ China UnionPay/ eNets/ WeChat Pay or charge directly to your StarHub Mobile Postpaid Account. You may also top up using a pre-purchased physical top-up card.
The app allows one (1) device to log in into the same prepaid account at the same time.
You will be able to download and install the app as long as an internet connection is available. To login, a one-time-pin (OTP) will be sent to your prepaid mobile number. However, without login, you are still able to perform some transactions including top up, find out our current promotions and configure APN settings.
To access more functions within the app, you need to log in with a StarHub Prepaid SIM.
Yes, you can access the app when you are overseas as long as you have an internet connection.
You may turn app notifications off/on. You will receive notifications when your main balance is low and/or plan is near expiry when the app is launched.
