Postpaid and Prepaid Promotions

 

Postpaid: 3-month Amazon Prime membership on us

  1. Description of Service: Unless otherwise notified by us, this promotion is valid till further notice. This is a value-added promotional Service that provides you with 3 months’ Amazon Prime membership on us if you sign up to the service at a monthly charge of S$2.99, which will only be payable from the 4th month onwards. An Amazon Prime membership allows you to enjoy fast, free delivery, exclusive early access to select deals, popular movies, TV series, and award winning Amazon Originals as well as free games every month which may be changed by Amazon from time to time.
  2. Eligibility and availability: The Service is applicable to all new StarHub Postpaid customers and re-contract customers who sign up for the following mobile plans: (a) Mobile+ $65/$95/$155 2-year mobile plans or (b) 4G $25/$50 SIM Only plans. Your Amazon Prime membership promotion is active only after completing the sign-up process on Amazon Webpage via My StarHub App.
  3. Billing and payment: We will bill you after the 3 months promotional period is over and the bill will not follow your Postpaid mobile billing cycle. We will bill you for the Service based on your Amazon Prime membership billing cycle as determined by Amazon. For example, if your Mobile Postpaid bill cycle is on the 12th of every calendar month and you activated your Amazon Prime membership on 15th February, you will be charged for your Amazon Prime membership of S$2.99 on 15th May (after 3 months). If you were to terminate your Amazon Prime membership on 18th May, your Amazon Prime membership charge from 19th May to 14th June will be refunded to you.
  4. Change of mobile number:  If your Postpaid mobile number is changed for any reason whatsoever, the Service will be automatically and immediately terminated and your remaining months of Amazon Prime membership on us (if any) will also be terminated without further notice.
  5. Termination of mobile number: If your Postpaid mobile number is terminated for any reason whatsoever, the Service will be immediately and automatically terminated. Your remaining months of Amazon Prime membership on us (if any) will also be terminated without further notice.
  6. Suspension of mobile number: If your Postpaid mobile number is suspended for any reason whatsoever, your Amazon Prime membership will be terminated without further notice and liability. Your remaining months of Amazon Prime membership on us (if any) will also be terminated without further notice and liability.
  7. Termination of Amazon Prime membership: If the Service is terminated for any reason whatsoever, your Amazon Prime membership will be immediately and automatically terminated. Your remaining months of membership on us (if any) will also be terminated without further notice.
  8. Amazon Prime membership: Amazon Prime is provided solely by Amazon. You will enter into a separate contract with Amazon directly for your Amazon Prime membership. You must review and accept the Amazon Prime terms and conditions as set out on Amazon’s website. To learn more about Amazon Prime, please visit Amazon’s website. We do not own or operate Amazon Prime and are not responsible for it. If you are already an Amazon Prime member, you can activate the offer through StarHub once your membership has ended with Amazon.
  9. Our right: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or change any of these terms and conditions and/or the Service (whether in whole or in part) at our sole and absolute discretion, at any time, without prior notice and without any liability. Postpaid: S$15 Prime Now Offer

  1. Promotion is valid till 24 Oct 2020.
  2. Promotion is applicable to all new and re-contracting customers who sign up for Mobile+ $65/$95/$155 2-year plans, 4G $55/$75/$110 2-year plans and 4G $25/$50 SIM Only plans.
  3. Offer applies to a first-time Prime Now Singapore customer orders of S$60 and above where the promotion code is entered at checkout. Offer limited to Singapore selection only.
  4. New Prime Now account customer will receive a S$15 credit.
  5. Promo code is valid till 31 Oct 2020 23:59SGT or when fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
  6. Promo is limited to one redemption per customer, limited redemptions available.
  7. Promo cannot be combined with other promo code and is non-transferable and may not be resold.
  8. Delivery fee does not apply when determining the purchase amount.
  9. The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is S$15. Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. If you return any of the products qualifying you for the offer, Amazon reserves the right to charge you for part or all of the amount of benefit you received from this offer, using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice. Prepaid: 600MB with Amazon Prime (4-Week)

  1. Description of Service: This is a value-added Service/plan that provides you with Amazon Prime membership (courtesy of StarHub) plus 600MB of local data, all for your use over a 4-week or 28-day period, at a one-time charge of $6.00. Amazon Prime membership currently values at S$2.99 per month and allows you to enjoy free, fast delivery, award winning movies and TV shows, as well as a selection of free games, early access to deals and more, as may be determined and changed by Amazon from time to time.   2. Eligibility and availability: The Service is applicable to all StarHub Prepaid customers with a valid StarHub Voice SIM. To purchase the Service, you can do so via your StarHub Prepaid App only, using your main wallet credit, or via direct payment through credit card or other modes of payment as accepted by us from time to time. Payment for the Service is on a one-time basis. Once payment has been made, there can be no refunds.
  3. Validity: The Service includes 600MB of local data and Amazon Prime membership, will be valid for 4 weeks or 28 days from the date of activation of the Service, unless earlier terminated. The validity is calculated based on a 24-hour clock cycle from time of activation. For instance, if you activate the 4-week plan at 13:00hr, the plan will expire at 12:59hr on the 28th day.
  4. Extension of Service: If you wish to continue to use the Service beyond 28 days, you must re-purchase the same plan before the expiry of 28 days. You may purchase the Service multiple times. Each re-purchase of Service will each last for 28 days from the date of activation of the Service, unless earlier terminated.
  5. Failure to extend Service: If you do not re-purchase the Service, the Service will expire and your unused data will be forfeited. Your Amazon Prime membership will be suspended for 30 days. If you re-purchase the Service during the suspension period of 30 days, your Amazon Prime subscription will cease to be suspended and will be activated, in which case, you may continue to login to your Amazon Prime account using your existing login address and password. If you do not re-subscribe as aforesaid before the expiry of 30 days, you will need to sign up with Amazon for a new Amazon Prime account and you cannot continue to use your existing login address and password as new ones will be required. The 600MB local data will be provisioned accordingly for each purchase.
  6. No carrying forward or conversion: After the expiry date of the prescribed validity period of the Service purchased, all unused benefits will immediately and automatically be forfeited, and cannot be carried forward, converted or exchanged into cash, credits or otherwise.
  7. Local data usage: You are encouraged to use the 600MB of local data within 4 weeks or 28 days. All unused local data will be automatically and immediately forfeited upon the expiry of 4 weeks or 28 days and cannot be rolled over, transferred or converted into credit or otherwise. If you exceed 600MB of local data and do not have a valid WOW data plan, you will be charged our prevailing rates on a pay-per-use basis and it will be deducted from your available main wallet credit or balance. If there is insufficient credit or balance in your main wallet, you will not be able to use any data until you successfully top-up the balance, re-purchase the Service or a WOW data plan.
  8. Suspension or termination of mobile number: If your Prepaid mobile number is suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever, your 600MB of local data will also be concurrently terminated together with all other related Prepaid mobile services and no refunds will be made to you. However, you will still have access to your Amazon Prime membership over its validity period, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  9. Amazon Prime membership: Amazon Prime is provided solely by Amazon. You will enter into a separate contract directly with Amazon for your Amazon Prime membership.
