NRIC and FIN holders are allowed to sign up to 10 mobile services.

Your StarHub Prepaid Plan is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

10. How do I enable my StarHub Prepaid Plan to be renewed automatically?

You can do so via the StarHub App. Simply login with your mobile number. Make your selection on the Mobile Dashboard

11. What will happen if I do not renew my StarHub Prepaid Plan?

At your plan expiry, you'll enter a 120-day grace period. During this time, you can still receive calls and SMS. To resume full service, simply top up.

If no top-up is made after 120 days, your line will be terminated and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
