Terms & Conditions

1. Applicable to IDD 018 voice calls originating from all StarHub Mobile Postpaid plans (except PowerValue plans and SmartSurf plans) or GREEN Prepaid service in Singapore to any mobile and fixed line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA (states in USA only, including Alaska and Hawaii).
   (^Taiwan - FREE IDD 018 promotion is applicable to any fixed lines to Taiwan only for GREEN Prepaid service, effective from 1 February 2009)
2. Also applicable to IDD 018 voice calls made to any fixed line in Australia, New Zealand, UK.
3. Free IDD 018 excludes the following:
   
   • Australia mobile and special services with prefixes 611, 614
   • New Zealand mobile with prefix 642
   • UK mobile and special service with prefixes 443, 447, 448, 449
4. FREE IDD 018 to 18 destinations will be extended till 31 December 2010.
5. A $0.20 charge applies for each IDD 018 call made to Bangladesh or India on GREEN Prepaid. The $0.20 charge will be waived.
6. Conditions of local airtime charge for India:
   • Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to India will be charged at $0.09 per minute for the first 2 minutes, and the subsequent minutes will be charged at $0.10 per minute, applicable to deduction from Happy International balance only. Promotion is effective from 29 November 2008 onwards.
   • Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to India will be charged at $0.05 per minute from the 1st minute onwards. Applicable to deduction from main balance only. Promotion is effective from 12 December 2009 till further notice.
7. Conditions of local airtime charge for Bangladesh:
   • Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Bangladesh will be charged at $0.06 per minute from the 1st minute onwards. Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Bangladesh will be charged at $0.10 per minute from the 1st minute onwards with Happy $128 top-up card. Promotion is valid till further notice.
8. Conditions of local airtime charge for Thailand:
   • Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Thailand will be charged at $0.12 per minute for the first minute, and the subsequent minutes will be charged at $0.08 per minute, applicable to deduction from Happy International balance only. Promotion is valid till further notice.
   • Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Thailand will be charged at $0.08 per minute from the 1st minute onwards. Applicable to deduction from main balance only. Promotion is valid till further notice.
9. The monthly subscription of $5 for FREE IDD 018 to China, Hong Kong and USA will be waived till further notice.
10. Free IDD 018 is available for PowerValue and SmartSurf plans as a value-added service at $5/mth.
11. Local airtime rate applies to all free IDD 018 calls made and is deductible from the free local outgoing voice bundle.
12. This promotion is not applicable:
    
    • to calls made via IDD 008 or by pressing '+' on the mobile phones;
    • to inbound and outbound roaming calls;
    • to calls made from SingTel/M1's mobile lines, all fixed lines and payphones;
    • to calls made via HomeConnect, StarHub payphones or 1635 Operator Assist;
    • to calls made from Digital Voice and
    • for Global SMS
13. StarHub reserves the right right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice and without giving any reason.
