Terms and Conditions

1. Applicable to IDD 018 voice calls originating from all StarHub Mobile Postpaid plans subscribed to the Free IDD 018 Value-Added Service or GREEN Prepaid service in Singapore to any mobile and fixed line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA (states in USA only, including Alaska and Hawaii).
   (^Taiwan – FREE IDD 018 to fixed lines in Taiwan is applicable for GREEN Prepaid service only.)
2. Also applicable to IDD 018 voice calls made to any fixed line in Australia, New Zealand, UK.
3. Free IDD 018 excludes the following:
   
   1. Australia mobile and special services with prefixes 611, 614
   2. New Zealand mobile with prefix 642
   3. UK mobile and special service with prefixes 443, 447, 448, 449
4. A $0.20 charge applies for each IDD 018 call made to Bangladesh or India on GREEN Prepaid. The $0.20 charge will be waived.
5. Conditions of local airtime charge for India:
   1. Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to India will be charged at $0.05 per minute from 1st minute onwards. Applicable to deduction from main balance and Happy International balance only. Promotion will be valid till further notice.
6. Conditions of local airtime charge for Bangladesh:
   1. Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Bangladesh will be charged at $0.06 per minute from the 1st minute onwards. Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Bangladesh will be charged at $0.10 per minute from the 1st minute onwards with Happy $128 top-up card. Promotion is valid till further notice.
7. Conditions of local airtime charge for Thailand:
   1. Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Thailand will be charged at $0.12 per minute for the first minute, and the subsequent minutes will be charged at $0.08 per minute, applicable to deduction from Happy International balance only. Promotion is valid till further notice.
   2. Local airtime charge for the duration of FREE IDD 018 calls made on GREEN Prepaid to Thailand will be charged at $0.08 per minute from the 1st minute onwards. Applicable to deduction from main balance only. Promotion is valid till further notice.
8. Free IDD 018 is available for PowerValue and SmartSurf plans as a value-added service at $5/mth.  Monthly subscription is non-prorated upon activation and de-activation of the FREE IDD 018 value-added service.  For example, a customer activates the Free IDD 018 on 10 Jan 2013 and the next bill cycle is 14 Jan 2013, he will be charged the full $5 subscription for use from 10 to 13 Jan 2013.  If the customer de-activates the Free IDD 018 value-added service on 15 Jan 2013 or anytime before the next billing cycle, there will be no refund for the $5 monthly subscription nor will the charge be pro-rated.
9. Local airtime rate applies to all free IDD 018 calls made and is deductible from the free local outgoing voice bundle.
10. This IDD Value-Added Service is not applicable:
    
    1. to calls made via IDD 008 or by pressing '+' on the mobile phones;
    2. to inbound and outbound roaming calls;
    3. to calls made from SingTel/M1's mobile lines, all fixed lines and payphones;
    4. to calls made via HomeConnect, StarHub payphones or 1635 Operator Assist;
    5. to calls made from Digital Voice and
    6. for Global SMS
11. StarHub reserves the right right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice and without giving any reason.
