2. How do I enjoy the exclusive PAssion Card offers?

You may present your physical PAssion Card or eCard at any StarHub Shop to enjoy the PAssion Card exclusive offers.​

3. If I have an existing StarHub personal line, can I still enjoy PAssion Card exclusive mobile offers?

If your existing mobile line contract is due for renewal, simply recontract your service to an eligible 2-year Device Plan to enjoy the PAssion Card discount. An early recontract fee will apply if you recontract before the end of your existing mobile contract. You may check your recontract eligibility via the StarHub app.

4. I am a PAssion card holder but forgot to bring my physical card. Can I still enjoy the offer?

You can also present your PAssion eCard to enjoy the offer.

Your subscription eligibility is based on the eligibility assessment that StarHub will conduct at the point of sale. ​

PAssion Card customers (including CIS lines) can sign up for up to 4 mobile lines (a 24-month equipment contract will apply for each line). ​

Additional lines will not be eligible for further PAssion discounts.​
