1. How do I submit a port-in request?
To port in a non-StarHub mobile line to a 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / 5G Senior Plan, select “Port in from other telco” during the number selection and follow the on-screen instructions. Do note that your port-in request will be submitted after successful SIM card activation.
2. Will there be any delay in receiving calls/SMS while my port-in request is in progress?
You should be able to receive both calls and SMS on your port-in number with your existing mobile service provider. After successful port-in, you'll start receiving calls/SMS on your new plan.
3. Can I use my 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior immediately after successful port-in?
You can start using your 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / 5G Senior Plan upon successful SIM card activation. Do note that a temporary number will be assigned to your SIM card while the port-in request is still in progress. The port-in request will be submitted after successful SIM card activation. Do expect 3 working days for the port-in request to be completed.
