What is StarHub Hubbing?

Hubbing is a new way to have all your services under one provider at a bundled price, with the flexibility to choose what suits you. It is not a fixed bundle. You pick the broadband speed your household needs, then pair it with the mobile plan or entertainment pass that works for you.

There are currently 2 Hubbing bundles: Broadband + Mobile and Broadband + Entertainment.
Both bundles are shop-exclusive promotions available only at StarHub shops.

1 You are setting up a new home

Setting up a new place involves a lot of moving parts. Instead of coordinating with different providers for internet, TV, and mobile, you can get everything sorted in one visit to a shop. It’s a way to get your whole home connected from day one without multiple appointments.

2 Your household has multiple users and devices

When you have several people streaming, gaming, or working from home at the same time, you need a connection that doesn't bottle-neck. Hubbing makes the higher-tier 5Gbps or 10Gbps plans more affordable, so everyone gets the bandwidth they need without the high standalone cost.

3 If you just want less to manage

Managing multiple providers and different support lines is a hassle. Bringing your essentials together means you have 1 point of contact for all your technical needs, cutting down the mental load of running a household.

Start by choosing your broadband speed. Both options run on StarHub's UltraSpeed fibre network and come with a free TP-Link HB710 WiFi 7 router and 12 months of CyberProtect 3 built-in.

Then add your mobile plan. All 5G Unlimited+ Plans include unlimited data, unlimited local calls, and built-in global roaming. Stay connected everywhere - your household is covered at home and across 165 destinations worldwide with built-in global roaming.
 

If you want broadband paired with live TV and on-demand streaming rather than a mobile plan, the Broadband + Entertainment bundle combines 10Gbps broadband with a TV+ pass.

Yes. You do not need to be a new StarHub customer. At least one of the services you are signing up for must be a new subscription or recontract. The HubCrew at any StarHub shop will confirm your eligibility based on your current services.

Yes. The sign-up and transaction for all services in your bundle must be completed in the same visit to qualify for the Hubbing price. You cannot sign up for one service today and add the others later.

If any service in your bundle is cancelled, the Hubbing promotion is removed and all remaining services revert to their standard retail prices. The broadband plan carries a 24-month contract, so ending it early will also incur Early Termination Charges.

The 5G Unlimited+ mobile plans in the Hubbing bundle are contract-free. The broadband plan comes with a 24-month contract.

Yes. You choose either the 20% Hubbing discount or your Multi-Line Discount, whichever works out lower. The HubCrew will compare both options for your setup and tell you which one saves you more.
