Download the GIRO payment form.

Download the form, complete and mail it using the postage-paid mailer included with the form.

Upon approval by your bank3, the following message will appear on your StarHub bill:

"The total outstanding balance will be deducted from your XXXXX via GIRO on dd/mm/yy."

Once this message appears, you will no longer need to send us any payment as the amount will be deducted directly from your bank account monthly. To keep your subscription current, please remember to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account4.

  • 3The approval of GIRO application using StarHub GIRO Application Form is subject to your bank’s discretion and will require 4 to 6 weeks to be processed. A system generated letter of notification will be sent upon approval.
  • 4GIRO arrangement will be terminated if the deduction is unsuccesful with the same rejection reason from your bank for 3 consecutive billing cycle.
