Single Bill Opt-in
In conjunction with our continuous effort to act in an environmentally responsible manner and to minimise our overall carbon footprint, we are introducing an initiative to consolidate your various bills into one billing account. With My StarHub Single Bill, you will be able to enjoy increased convenience and ease of managing your various StarHub services.
However, should you wish to consolidate your bills before the migration exercise, you may still do so by following the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Hub iD Account with your Hub iD at www.starhub.com/hubid
Step 2: Go to My Account Manager then Account Summary
Step 3: Go to the respective account to consolidate and click on the drop-down menu on the right
Step 4: Select Consolidate Bills
Step 5: Select the account of your choice to be your single main StarHub account
Please ensure that the account used to consolidate all your StarHub services is under recurring payment mode. If your account is not under recurring payment mode, do sign up now by clicking on the below links for the relevant forms.

For greater convenience and ease of managing your various StarHub services, you can consolidate your accounts into one single bill with My Account.
To access your account and consolidate your bills, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to My Account with your Hub iD
Step 2: Go to My Services and select the service you would like to transfer to your main StarHub account
Step 3: Click on Transfer service to another billing account
Step 4: Select the account of your choice to be your single main StarHub account
Please ensure that the account used to consolidate all your StarHub services is under recurring payment mode. If your account is not under recurring payment mode, kindly select one of the options to sign up.
