We offer plans from $12 to $30, available on both eSIM and physical SIM. All plans come with generous local data, unlimited calls & SMS, plus roaming data, calls & SMS in selected regional destinations — we got you covered wherever you go. Find out more here.

What do I need to prepare before buying the Tourist plans?

Please provide your passport for verification during purchase.

Where can I purchase the Tourist plans?

Purchase your plan easily:

  • e-SIM:
  • Physical SIM:
    • Prosegur Change Money Changers at Changi Airport Arrival Halls Terminal 1, 2, and 4
    • StarHub Changi Recommends counters at Changi Airport Arrival Halls Terminal 1 to 3

How do I download and install my Tourist eSIM using the StarHub App?

You'll receive your eSIM QR code via email after purchase. Simply follow the instructions in the email to install and activate it on your device.

I did not receive the email containing the QR code to install my Tourist eSIM. What should I do?

Hang tight — we’re on it! Your eSIM QR code will be emailed to you within 5 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, we'll take care of this for you right away - just chat with us online or dial our 24/7 hotline at 1633 (or +65 6820 1633 from overseas).

Can I switch the Tourist eSIM to another device?

To switch your Tourist eSIM to another device, follow these steps:

  • Ensure both devices are connected to the Internet
  • Delete the eSIM from your current device
  • Wait 5–10 minutes
  • Re-scan your original eSIM QR code on the new device


Can't find the QR code? Go to StarHub app:

  • Select ""More"" tab on the home page.
  • Select ""eSIM QR Manager"" under Mobile services.
  • Scan the QR code to install the eSIM.

What happens after my Tourist Plan has expired?

Our Tourist Plans are valid for 30 days. To keep staying connected, purchase a new Tourist eSIM plan anytime, either before or after your current plan expires. Secure your new plan here.

How many lines am I allowed to sign up?

Each passport holder can register up to 3 mobile services across all telco operators in Singapore.
