2 months > 1 month
iQIYI Premium VIP
$12.98/month > $10.98/month
2 months > 1 month
The price is the same when you subscribe via StarHub or subscribe directly via iQIYI.
When is the effective date of the price adjustment for iQIYI?
The effective date of the new price is 1 Sep 2022.
Will there be a change to the content in iQIYI since there is a price adjustment?
There will be no change to the content. You will continue to enjoy all available content on iQIYI.
Will there be a change to the benefits of iQIYI since there is a price adjustment?
There will be no change to the benefits that you are currently enjoying as an iQIYI Standard VIP or iQIYI Premium VIP subscriber.

The 1-month free trial is exclusively for StarHub Postpaid customers who subscribe to iQIYI with StarHub. The trial will start from the day you subscribe to iQIYI for a period of 1 month. Prevailing charges will automatically apply thereafter.
Is there any contract commitment for iQIYI?
There is no contract commitment for iQIYI.
If you subscribe to iQIYI as an Add-on app under the StarHub TV+ Plan, the StarHub TV+ Pass will come with a default 24-month contract or you can choose to top-up $10/month for 12-month contract or $20/month for No Contract.
Why is iQIYI not available on StarHub Entertainment Pass and Basic Tier Plans?
The StarHub TV+ Plan is the new StarHub Entertainment experience. We strongly encourage our existing StarHub Entertainment Pass or Basic Tier Plans customers to recontract to the new StarHub TV+ Passes to enjoy the new channels. There will be no ETC charges if you decide to recontract from your current StarHub Entertainment Pass or Basic Tier to our new StarHub TV+ plans.
I do not have a StarHub Postpaid service with StarHub. Can I subscribe to iQIYI with StarHub to enjoy the 1-month free trial?
The 1-month free trial is exclusively for StarHub Postpaid customers. You can subscribe directly with iQIYI and enjoy your first month for free.

If there are no subtitles you desire or no subtitle appears after clicking, please submit feedback in the app and provide the specific title and episode.
Can my account be shared?
It can be shared with 2 devices simultaneously for Standard VIP members.
I signed up directly with iQIYI before. If I terminate my iQIYI subscription with iQIYI, will I receive any refund?
There will be no refund. You can continue to enjoy VIP privileges till the date of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the subsequent month.
Note: You must cancel your subscription via App Store / Google play or iqiyi.com (depending on your chosen payment method) at least 24 hours before the billing date. Billing date refers to the same calendar day which your subscription began.
