To continue receiving paper bills, a new fee of $2.73/month (GST included) will be incurred per billing account. 

However, if you wish to join us in our efforts to go green, you may unsubscribe from the paper bill service.

Simply log in to StarHub App>"Pay">"View & pay your bill"> Select a billing account, tap the three dots, and
choose “Manage bill notifications”

Once your request is successful, you will receive only StarHub e-bills thereafter.

Get started with StarHub e-bill with these simple steps.

Via My Account

Step 1: Log in with your Hub iD at starhub.com/billsettings

Step 2: Select the billing account and pick Email or SMS for StarHub e-bill notifications


Via StarHub App

Step 1: Log in with your Hub ID on StarHub App and tap on "Pay" > "View & pay your bill" > Select a billing account, tap the three dots, and choose “Manage bill notifications”

Step 2: Select "Email or SMS" for StarHub e-bill notifications and click "Submit"
