How to upgrade your plan via the StarHub App: ​

Simply go to Mobile Service > Manage Plan & Add-on > Change Plan.
The change will take effect on your next renewal date.

2. Am I eligible for the Prepaid plan? What do I need to prepare before buying the Prepaid plans?

You can sign up for a Prepaid plan if you are 15 years old and above. 

Please bring along an original form of verification with you (e.g. NRIC, ONE Pass, Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, Dependent Pass or Long Term Visit Pass).

3. Can I port in my mobile number from another operator to StarHub Prepaid?

Yes, you can.  Simply visit any StarHub Authorised Reseller with your original document ID to sign up.

Yes, you can change your prepaid plan to our new 4G Prepaid, 5G Prepaid Core & 5G Prepaid Plus, and the change will take effect on your next renewal date.

When submitting a change plan request, you may choose to retain or remove your existing add-ons. Simply go to your mobile service in the StarHub app and select Manage plan & add-on > Change Plan.

Note that any existing promotions or discounts will be removed once the plan takes effect, and you will not be able to switch back to your old plan.

You can easily do this via the StarHub App. Simply login with your mobile number.
