How do I sign up for StarHub Prepaid?
Sign up via the StarHub App or visit any StarHub Authorised Resellers (list: https://www.starhub.com/content/dam/starhub/legal-notices-and-terms/consumer/prepaid-tourist-reseller-list.pdf) or 7-Eleven stores with your original document ID.

Am I eligible for the Prepaid plan? What do I need to prepare before buying the Prepaid plans?

You can sign up for a Prepaid plan if you are 15 years old and above. 

Please bring along an original form of verification with you (e.g. NRIC, ONE Pass, Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, Dependent Pass or Long Term Visit Pass).

Can I port in my mobile number from another operator to StarHub Prepaid?

Yes, you can.  Simply visit any StarHub Authorised Reseller with your original document ID to sign up.

I am already using StarHub Prepaid service. Can I sign up for the new StarHub Prepaid Plan and continue using the same number?
Yes, you can.  Simply visit any StarHub Authorised Reseller with your original document ID to switch today.

How do I check my usage, balance and manage my account?

You'll receive your eSIM QR code via email after purchase. Simply follow the instructions in the email to install and activate it on your device.

How do I top up?

You can top up via cash at StarHub authorised resellers, credit/debit card through the StarHub app, or at AXS Stations or 7-Eleven outlets

How long is my StarHub Prepaid plan valid?

Your StarHub Prepaid Plan is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

What happens after my Tourist Plan has expired?

For added convenience, enable Auto-Renew in the Mobile Dashboard to renew your plan automatically each month.

To set this up:

  • Log in to the StarHub App
  • Go to the Mobile Dashboard and switch Auto-Renewal to “On.”

What will happen if I do not renew my StarHub Prepaid Plan?

At your plan expiry, you’ll enter a 120-day grace period. During this time, you can still receive calls and SMS.

To resume full service, simply:

  • Top up and select renew your plan via the StarHub App, or
  • Top up at StarHub authorised resellers, AXS Stations, or 7-Eleven outlets.
  • If no top-up is made within the 120-day grace period, your line will be terminated and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
