Who is eligible for SmartSupport Lite?

You can sign up for SmartSupport Lite via My StarHub app if you have:

  1. a 4G/Mobile+ SIM Only plan and;
  2. an Eligible Device and;
  3. passed the enrolment device checks and completed the declaration forms on My StarHub app


How to subscribe?
  1. Download or log on to My StarHub app (ensure it is the latest version or at least version 5.1.8)
  2. Select your SIM Only mobile number on the main page
  3. Select "Add-ons" and click on "Other add-ons".
  4. Click on "Apply Now" under SmartSupport Lite.
  5. Follow the simple instructions given for a device health check to complete the application.
  6. You will be notified within 7 days once the application is processed successfully.

We are currently enhancing our service. Please note that Service Requests are not available for the first 14 days of your SmartSupport Lite subscription. This affects customers who have successfully enrolled in SmartSupport Lite from 3 June to 31 October 2021.

  • #Like Mobile Device means a Device, compared to the Registered Device, may be new or refurbished.
  • *Your Like Mobile Device will be delivered to you via courier at a local address within 4 hours if your request is accepted between 8.00am and 2.00pm Singapore time, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Overseas delivery is available and is subjected to additional cost, delivery time and custom clearance.
  • ~The cost of your Like Mobile Device will be based on the recommended retail price (RRP) in SGD as of the date of device launch.
