A compatible iPhone

You'll need an iPhone on iOS 12.2 and above with Carrier setting updated to StarHub 36.1.

A compatible cellular watch

Only applicable with Apple Watch Series 3 and above. For Apple Watch on watchOS 5.2, your iPhone must be on iOS 12.2. While for Apple Watch on watchOS 6.0, you’ll need iOS 13.

Follow these steps to set up NumberShare.

    Before you subscribe to NumberShare, please turn on Bluetooth on your Apple Watch and pair it to your iPhone. Open the Watch app on your iPhone and select “Set up for Myself”. You can refer to the instructions below. Once you’re done pairing, open the Apple Watch App on your iPhone.

    Scroll down and select "Mobile Data".

    Select "Set Up Mobile Data".

  • Step D

    Select "Subscribe" to sign up for NumberShare and enter your NRIC to verify you are the account holder of this mobile line.

    You're almost there! You will receive an SMS notification once your Apple Watch is paired to your iPhone.

  • Step F
    Step F

    Your Apple Watch will be automatically connected to the StarHub network. You can check the signal strength from the Control Center of the Explorer watch face on your Apple Watch. If the cellular button turns green, it means your Apple Watch is connected to the StarHub network. For more information, please visit the Apple support page below.
