  1. Who will qualify for StarHub Rewards Monthly Points?
    All active consumer customers of StarHub Post-paid Mobile, StarHub TV, MaxOnline, Digital Voice and StarHub IDD services are eligible for the programme.

  2. Do I need to sign up for the StarHub Rewards Monthly Points?
    No, you do not have to. All eligible customers will automatically receive points upon successful payment of their StarHub charges. For every $1 paid, you will receive 1 StarHub Rewards Monthly Point.

  3. How are points issued?
    Points are issued based on payment received. For example, if you have made a payment of $62.80 for a bill of $100, it will be rounded up to the nearest dollar, which is $63. So, you will be issued 63 points.

  4. How can I check my StarHub Rewards Monthly Points?
    You will receive a StarHub Rewards Monthly Points summary on your monthly bill. You can also visit our website or call our 24-hour Customer Care Hotline at 1633 (Press, 5 to select StarHub Rewards loyalty programme and follow the step-by-step, Phone Self Help guide) to check the status of your points.

    Redeeming Points

  5. What are the products and services available for redemption?
    You can use your points to redeem StarHub TV services, Broadband services, Mobile services, IDD services and service related hardware. Redemption of $50 StarHub Shop vouchers and Lifestyle vouchers are on a while stocks last basis.

    Replenishment of all Services and Lifestyle vouchers is on the 1st and 15th of the month. (Note: If the 1st and 15th of the month falls on a weekend or Public Holiday, the stocks will be replenish on the previous working day.)

  6. How do I redeem my StarHub Rewards Monthly Points?
    You may make your redemption online, or call our 24-hour Customer Care Hotline at 1633 (Press, 5 to select StarHub Rewards loyalty programme and follow the step-by-step Phone Self Help guide). Please note that for redemption done via online or Phone Self Help system, you will enjoy savings of 100 points per redemption item.

  7. Can I redeem for more than one month of a subscribed service if I have sufficient number of StarHub Rewards Monthly Points?
    If you have sufficient number of StarHub Rewards Monthly Points, you can select up to a total of 6 months for the subscribed service that you would like to redeem.

    The total number of StarHub Rewards Monthly Points required for the redeemed service will be deducted at the point of redemption. The credit will be issued to your account monthly with effect from the next bill cycle for the number of months that you have redeemed.

    Please note that Multiple Months redemption is only available via online.

  8. How do I login for online redemption?
    For StarHub customers with a Hub ID, please login using your Hub ID and password.

  9. Why can't I login with My Account Manager and My StarHub TV User IDs?
    To better manage your "My Account Manager" and "My StarHub TV" accounts, we have integrated these applications with just one single sign-on using Hub ID. This means that you will only need to remember one set of Hub ID and password. Please note that your StarHub My Account Manager and My StarHub TV User IDs will no longer be valid for log-in to the StarHub Rewards Monthly Points account after 28 September 2006.

  10. How do I register for a Hub ID and password?
    You can register for a Hub ID and password at My Hub ID.

  11. If I do not have enough points to redeem a product or service that I want, can I make advance payments?
    Yes, you can make advance payments to earn additional points for redemption. The non-refundable advance payment will be used to offset your future charges.

  12. How do I collect the products and services that I have redeemed?
    For lifestyle products and services, a redemption voucher will be mailed to your billing address. All you need to do is produce the voucher together with your original NRIC/FIN at the redemption outlet indicated on the voucher.

    To make it even more convenient for our customers to redeem for StarHub services, the credit amount for your redemption will be automatically issued to your respective StarHub account with effect from your next bill cycle, to offset the subscription charges of the service that you have redeemed.

  13. How soon can I receive my voucher via online redemption?
    We will mail the voucher to you within 10 working days.

  14. What is the validity period of vouchers?
    Validity is 3 months from the Date of Issuance.

  15. I have redeemed for StarHub services via online. How soon will my redemption request be processed and reflected on my bill?
    The credit will be issued to your account with effect from the next bill cycle. Please note that the redeemed service/channel must remain active in the account at the point of credit issuance.

  16. I have chosen the wrong redemption option via the Phone Self Help system.
    Can I have my points back?
    We are unable to cancel your request once you have submitted it.

  17. Can I use my points to offset my outstanding charges?
    The points are not applicable for use to settle your outstanding balance or for payment for promotion.

  18. What will happen if my service/s is downgraded/suspended/terminated after making redemption?
    The redemption credit will only be issued if the redeemed service is still active in your account at the point of issuance. Since you have downgraded/suspended/terminated the service, the credit will be forfeited.

  19. I have accumulated points from my StarHub Mobile account. How can I use these points to offset other services such as StarHub TV?
    You can transfer your points acquired from your StarHub Mobile account to pay for your StarHub TV services provided that both accounts are registered under the same name and NRIC/FIN. Once the points are transferred, you can then redeem the service via your StarHub TV account.

    Points Validity

  20. What is the validity period of points issued?
    Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

  21. When will my points expire?
    Points will expire on the anniversary of your Service Account Date. For example, if you subscribe to a StarHub service on 1 September, points that are 12 months old will expire on 1 September of the following year.

    Points expiry will take effect from 2004. Do look out for the reminder on your StarHub Rewards page for more details. Alternatively, you can check your points balance online, or via Phone Self Help.

  22. What will happen to my points if I terminate my service? Apart from expiry date, are there any other circumstances when my points will be deleted?
    Points will only be deleted upon expiry or termination of service.

  23. Will my points be deleted if I terminate one account while I have another active account?
    To be eligible for StarHub Rewards Monthly Points, you need to subscribe to either StarHub Post-paid Mobile, StarHub TV, MaxOnline, Digital Voice or StarHub IDD service.

    Since you have terminated one account, that account is no longer eligible for StarHub Rewards Monthly Points - that is why we will delete the points in the terminated account. However, you will still be issued points for your active account.

    Transferring Points

  24. Can I transfer my points e.g from my StarHub mobile account to my StarHub TV account?
    Points are transferable only once every 12 months per billing account under the same name and NRIC/FIN. Transferred points will expire in 60 days under the transferred account.

  25. Can I transfer my points to my friends?
    Our loyalty programme is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and is therefore specific to individual StarHub customer. Points can only be transferred between accounts registered under the same name and NRIC/FIN.

  27. What is the conversion rate for StarHub Rewards Points?
    Option 1: 100 StarHub Rewards Points can be exchanged for 270 BIG Points
    Option 2: 500 StarHub Rewards Points can be exchanged for 1350 BIG Points

  29. I forgot my BIG Shot ID and email address. How can I retrieve those details?
    To retrieve your Big Shot ID and email address, please log in to StarHub Rewards Redemption Catalogue with your Hub iD, and click on the Redemption History tab at the Rewards page.

  30. Can I cancel my redemption request?
    There is no cancellation or change allowed on the redemption item once you have submitted your request.

  31. How would I know if my redemption for BIG Points is successful?
    The redemption confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address seven days from the date of redemption.

  32. Upon receiving the redemption confirmation email from StarHub, does it mean that I have successfully converted my StarHub Rewards Points into BIG Points?
    Yes, please log in to Tune2BIG to check on your BIG Points.

  33. If my redemption is unsuccessful, will I receive a refund of my StarHub Rewards Points?
    Yes, StarHub Rewards Points will be refunded within seven days from the date of redemption if you have entered an invalid BIG Shot ID as per AirAsia’s database. Please log in to StarHub Rewards Redemption Catalogue with your Hub iD to check your StarHub Rewards Points.

  34. Why have I not received the redemption confirmation email from StarHub?
    The confirmation email will be sent to you seven days from the date of redemption. Kindly log in to StarHub Rewards Redemption Catalogue with your Hub iD to verify your BIG Shot ID and email address.

  35. How can I check my BIG Points?
    Please log in to Tune2BIG to check your BIG Points. StarHub customers would need to register for a BIG Shot membership HERE before redemption can be made.

  36. Is there a validity period for the BIG Points that I have redeemed?
    The BIG Points will expire 36 months from the date of accumulation. Please check the terms and conditions relating to BIG membership and points HERE.

  10. What is the validity of the LinkPoints converted using StarHub Rewards Points?
    Plus! Cardholders and NTUC Plus! Cardholders LinkPoints will expire on 30th June and 31st December respectively. NTUC Link may, from time to time, amend the validity period of the LinkPoints. LinkPoints not redeemed by the expiry date will automatically expire.

  11. After I convert my StarHub Rewards Points to LinkPoints, which card will the LinkPoints be credited in?
    LinkPoints will be credited to the Plus! account based on the identity number (NRIC / FIN), as per your StarHub account.

  12. Does it matter how many types of cards I have? Eg. NTUC Plus! Cards, Plus! Card, NTUC Plus! Visa and Plus! Visa cards?
    No. LinkPoints account are tagged to Principal account NRIC/FIN no.

  13. Points converted will be accumulated under my NRIC?
    Yes, it will be credited to your account under your NRIC/FIN no.

  14. Can supplementary card holders convert StarHub Rewards Points to LinkPoints?
    LinkPoints account are tagged to Principal account NRIC/FIN no.
