AirAsia BIG Points Programme

1. How many BIG Points are needed to redeem a free AirAsia flight?

2. I forgot my BIG Shot ID. What should I do?

Please contact AirAsia BIG Customer Service for further assistance. Please visit www.airasiabig.com for more details.

3. For my redemption for BIG Points, where can I locate what was the BIG Shot ID and email address used?

To retrieve your BIG Shot ID and email address, please log in to StarHub Rewards Redemption Catalogue with your Hub iD, and click on the “My Transaction History” tab at the Rewards page.

4. Can I cancel my redemption request?

There is no cancellation or change allowed on the redemption item once you have submitted your request.

5. How would I know if my redemption for BIG Points is successful? I have yet to receive my email confirmation from StarHub.

The redemption confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address stated in your Member’s Profile Tab 7 days from the date of your redemption. Alternatively, you can log in to “My Transaction History” tab with your Hub iD to verify your BIG Shot ID and email address.

6. Upon receiving the redemption confirmation email from StarHub, does it mean that I have successfully converted my StarHub Rewards Points into BIG Points?

Yes, you can log in to AirAsia BIG to check on your BIG Points. StarHub customers would need to register for a BIG Shot membership before redemption can be made.

7. If my redemption is unsuccessful, will my StarHub Rewards Points be reinstated to me?

Yes, Rewards Points will be reinstated to you within 7 days from the date of your redemption. Please log in to “My Transaction History” tab with your Hub iD to check your Rewards Points.

8. Is there a validity period for the BIG Points that I have redeemed?

The BIG Points will expire 36 months from the date of accumulation. Please check the terms and conditions relating to BIG membership and points at www.airasiabig.com

NTUC LinkPoints Programme

1. How can I check my NTUC LinkPoints balance?

You can check your LinkPoints balance at:

  • Download the Plus! mobile app to check LinkPoints on the go! 
  • Check your balance at any of our Plus! merchant outlets 
  • Login to your account at www.plus.com.sg 
  • Call NTUC customer service hotline at 6213 8008 (NTUC Members) or 6223 5225 (Others).

2. I forgot which email address I have entered for the email confirmation to be sent to me. How do I retrieve this information?

To retrieve your email address, please log in to ““My Transaction History” tab at the Rewards page.

3. Can I cancel my redemption request?

6. What is the validity of the NTUC LinkPoints converted using StarHub Rewards Points?

Plus! Cardholders and NTUC Plus! Cardholders LinkPoints will expire on 30th June and 31st December respectively. Please refer to NTUC Plus website for the Terms and Conditions and updates.

7. After I convert my StarHub Rewards Points to LinkPoints, which card will the NTUC LinkPoints be credited in? 

NTUC LinkPoints will be credited to the Plus! account based on the Document ID (NRIC / FIN), as per your StarHub account.

8. Does it matter how many types of cards I have? Eg. NTUC Plus! Cards, Plus! Card, NTUC Plus! Visa and Plus! Visa cards? 

No. NTUC LinkPoints account is tagged to Principal account NRIC/FIN no.

9. I’m a supplementary card holder of either NTUC Plus! Cards, Plus! Card, NTUC Plus! Visa and Plus! Visa cards. Can I convert my StarHub Rewards Points to NTUC LinkPoints?

No, you will not be able to enjoy this privilege as NTUC LinkPoints account is tagged to Principal account NRIC/FIN no.
