How do I receive my top up devices?

It’s totally hassle-free! The device will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.

What time does the delivery start and end each day?

The delivery schedule starts at 10 am and ends at 8 pm daily. (Except Sunday and PH).

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my top up device?

Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?

Rescheduling the delivery appointment for your device delivery to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free if the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery.


Make sure to reschedule at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?

Please contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the device. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $59.95 per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Can my family member receive the device on my behalf?

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the device on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.


If you have requested for the device to be sent to a different address, the courier company will send you a blank copy of a letter of authorisation, which you will need to fill out and send back to them before the delivery appointment can be scheduled. Kindly also ensure that the person who will be receiving the TV on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery appointment. Do note that there will be an administration fee of $5.45 for this arrangement, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.

Does the Samsung Projector come with a warranty?

Yes, Samsung The Freestyle 2nd Gen. LFF3CL Portable Projector comes with 1-year onsite servicing warranty by the manufacturer. Do note that you will need a copy of the Delivery Order for registration of warranty online. The copy of Delivery Order will be issued by the courier on the day of the delivery.

Upon receiving the projector, kindly ensure that you check upon delivery and installation. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.

Does the free Xiaomi TV A Pro 55” come with a warranty?

Yes, Xiaomi TV A Pro 55” comes with a 3-year local warranty by the manufacturer. Please retain a copy of your Service Agreement as proof of warranty. For more information, you can visit Xiaomi’s official website.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your TV.

Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copy of the Delivery Order if necessary.

I did not receive an SMS from StarHub about how my device will be delivered. What should I do?

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you top up for a device. If confirmed, you can expect a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.

Will there be free installation for the Samsung Projector?

Only free delivery will be provided.

Will set up of TV be included?

Yes, basic set up of TV will be included, such as unboxing the TV, power up, connecting to the internet.

Can I purchase a Wall Mount for Xiaomi TV A Pro 55”?

Yes, you may purchase a Wall Mount that comes with free installation at $80 during the delivery of your TV. Please ensure that the delivery and installation of the TV (fixed wall mount) is done on the same trip. Any additional trips for the installation of your TV will be chargeable at $59.95 per trip by the courier company. Payment will be payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.

I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my device. What should I do?

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you top-up for the Xiaomi TV or Samsung Projector. If confirmed, kindly allow 7 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your free premium.

If you have previously received an SMS about the projector, you can contact the courier company directly on the number provided to check the status of the delivery.
