Fibre broadband home eligibility
First, ensure that your home's physical location is covered by the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network, the initiative by IDA to provide an islandwide fibre network offering high-speed access within Singapore.Check your home's eligibility
The Termination Point is where you can get connected to the fibre broadband network. This will be installed in your home by OpenNet, the Network company in charge of designing, building and operating the fibre connection.
Optical Network Terminal
The Optical Network Terminal connects to the Termination Point, and is provided by our partner, Nucleus Connect.
Wireless AC Dual-Band Router
Connected to the Optical Network Terminal, users within your home can now connect various devices to the fibre broadband network through this device.
Built to enhance your home networking experience, the Wireless AC Dual-band Router has these useful features:

- Gigabit Ethernet Connectivity

One fibre Termination Point will be enough to support the bandwidth needs of an average household for multiple services including telephony, television and high-speed Internet. Once the Termination Point is established, you can choose any one of the following Home Networking solutions which uses a combination of networking cables and the Wireless AC Dual-Band Router to extend the connectivity to the other rooms in your home.
Structured Cabling – Link networking devices together with category 5e/6 cables.
Wireless Repeater – Using a pair of wireless devices to emulate a wired connection extend the coverage of your wireless connectivity.
Powerline networking and Phoneline networking using existing copper lines are not recommended.
