Terms and Conditions

$17 Happy Stars Top-Up card

  1. With each $17 Happy Stars top up made on GREEN Prepaid, customers will receive:
    • Free Incoming Call service
    • 200MB local mobile data
    • 120 minutes of local outgoing calls
    • 500 local SMS
  2. There will not be credits given with this top-up.
  3. Not applicable for IDD calls, 15XX calls and Global SMS usage. Deduction of these charges will be made from other relevant balances.
  4. Outgoing minutes are not applicable for 1900/1800/100/LDD/15xx calls
  5. These benefits are only applicable to top-up made via $17 Happy Stars Top-Up cards.
  6. For any local SMS or local calls made, the deduction will be made based on this order (where applicable): 1) Hourglass Local SMS 2) Happy Stars Local SMS/ Airtime 3) Any existing FREE Bundled SMS 4) Happy$128 Local Bal 5) Main card balance.
  7. Once any of the Happy Stars balances has been used up, the relevant charges will be deducted from the card's main balance and/or Happy $128 balances (if applicable).
  8. The Happy Stars benefits balances will expire in 30 days from the day of top up. To roll over any unused Happy Stars balances, customer will have to do another Happy Stars top-up.
  9. If the customer does not do a Happy Stars top-up within the 30 days, the Happy Stars balances will expire and all subsequent charges will be deducted from the card’s main balance and/or Happy$128 balances (if applicable) instead.
  10. There will be a maximum cap of:
    • 400MB local mobile data
    • 240minutes of local outgoing calls
    • 1000 local SMS
  11. In the event that ONE of the benefits balances has reached the maximum cap, the rest of the balances will still be topped up and the expiry date to Happy Stars balances will be extended by another 30 days from the date of top-up.
  12. In the event that ALL benefits balances has reached the maximum cap, Happy Stars top-up will still be successful and the Free Incoming Call & expiry date to Happy Stars balances will be extended by another 30 days from the date of top-up.
  13. Every successfully top-up using Happy Stars Top Up card will extend the main card’s balance expiry by another 6 months from the date of top-up.
  14. StarHub will not, in any circumstances, entertain any claim for a refund of the balance remaining in any prepaid mobile card account.
  15. Top-up made using Happy Stars Top-up card will not be eligible for FREE Bundled SMS and Credit (with exception for top-up via Internet).
  16. Internet Top-up made using Happy Stars Top-up card will be eligible for $2 FREE Credit.
    • The $2 FREE Credit will expire in 30 days from the day of top up together with the Happy Stars benefits balances.
  17. There'll be a maximum cap of (when top-up via Internet):
    • $4 Free Credits
    • 400MB local mobile data
    • 240 minutes of local outgoing calls
    • 1000 local SMS
  18. All existing promotions (e.g. promotional IDD rates) and features (e.g. FREE 10 local/50 Global SMS with 5 Sent Daily) offered on GREEN Prepaid service will still be applicable with Happy Stars Top-up, unless otherwise stated.
  19. Customers are fully responsible for the use of their GREEN Prepaid cards, and in no circumstances shall StarHub be held liable for any loss, expense or damage that customers may suffer.
  20. StarHub reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Use of the service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
  21. Unless expressly stated herein, StarHub's General Terms and Conditions and Service Specific Terms and Conditions as stated on www.starhub.com shall apply.
