Who is eligible for the offer?
The offer is exclusively available for new mobile sign-ups and customers porting in their existing mobile number from another provider.
How much will I pay each month on the Prepaid Max plan?
During the first 6 months, you'll pay just $15/month (50% off the standard $30 rate). From month 7 onwards, your plan subscription will revert to the standard $30/month rate.
How do I get the 50% discount ?
The discount is exclusively available only at our Prepaid StarHub Authorised Resellers.
How long does line porting take?
Mobile port-in generally completes within 24 to 48 hours after your SIM card is activated.
What do I need to prepare before porting my number?
Please ensure:
- The line is registered under your own NRIC/FIN.
- Your existing line remains active (do not terminate it with your current provider beforehand).
- You have no outstanding bills with your current operator.
What happens if I change to another plan within the 6-month promotional period?
Please note that the 50% off promotion applies exclusively to the Prepaid Max Plan. If you switch to a different plan during this 6-month period, you will forfeit the discount and be charged the standard price for your new plan.
