Registration of interest details cannot be changed or transferred to another person. Each person will need to register separately.

Pre-orders open on 12 September 2026. There are 2 timeslots and access is split into two phases, while stocks last:

• Priority Access: 8pm – 9pm
  
• General Public Access: 9pm onwards

For a smooth pre-order transaction, please prepare the following: 

• Have your Hub ID ready. If you don’t have one, register for your StarHub account at starhub.com/hubid. 
• Have your Singpass on hand for ID verification. Currently, only Singpass is available as a verification method. It's secure, quick and convenient! We’re working on additional ID verification options and will roll them out soon. 
• A valid debit/credit card. 
• For existing StarHub customers: Download the StarHub App to check your recontract eligibility and verify that there are no outstanding bills. 
• Lastly, clear your browser cache to prevent any technical issues.

Singapore Citizens and residents with valid passes above 18 years old are eligible to purchase.

Singapore citizens, PRs, ONE Pass and Employment Pass holders are eligible to enjoy monthly instalment payments (Pay Later) on a new device. You must be subscribed to, signing up for, or switching to a Unlimited+/Platinum Plan. Other eligibility checks apply.

To ensure as many customers as possible can get their hands on the new iPhone series, pre-orders are limited to one unit per customer (per Hub ID).
