Can I top up to upgrade my free Nintendo Switch to Nintendo Switch – OLED Model?  

There is no top up option for this promotion, but both Switches are awesome either way! Please keep in mind that the courier company will be delivering the free Nintendo Switch based on the 2Gbps Broadband plan or bundle you signed up with StarHub.

How do I redeem my free Nintendo Switch?  

It’s totally hassle-free! The free Nintendo Switch will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You’ll receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange directly with the courier company on your preferred delivery date and time.

What time does the delivery start and end each day? 

The delivery schedule starts at 11 am and ends at 8pm from Monday to Friday and 11 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. No deliveries will be scheduled on Public Holidays.

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free Nintendo Switch?     

Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery? 

Rescheduling of delivery appointment for your Nintendo Switch to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free, as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery. We strongly advise the rescheduling request to be made at least 2 working days in advance for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery? 

Please contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the Nintendo Switch. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery arranged? 

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange for re-delivery. Re-deliveries are chargeable at $30 (with GST) per appointment by Convergent Systems, payable in cash or via PayNow. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subject to slot availability.

Can my family member receive the Nintendo Switch on my behalf? 

Yes, someone else can receive the free Nintendo Switch on your behalf.

Does the free Nintendo Switch come with warranty? 

Yes, both Nintendo Switch comes with 1-year local warranty from the date of delivery by the manufacturer. Please retain the copy or image of the Delivery Order as proof of warranty. Kindly ensure that you check your Nintendo Switch upon delivery. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.
 
There is no need to register the warranty online. The warranty is based on the serial number on your Nintendo Switch. If the Nintendo Switch is faulty, you just need to visit the service centre for a 1-1 swap.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier? 

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your Nintendo Switch.
Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copy of the Delivery Order if necessary.

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the free Nintendo Switch promotion. If confirmed, you can expect a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.

I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my free Nintendo Switch. What should I do? 

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the free Nintendo Switch promotion. Kindly allow 7 working days from your order completion/successful service installation for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your free premium.
