Why is StarHub discontinuing HubBundle?
We’ve taken this decision to discontinue HubBundle plans to make room for new offers that better suit our customers’ evolving needs. Stay tuned!
I’m currently subscribed to HubBundle. How will this discontinuation affect my subscription?
You can continue using your HubBundle plan until your contract expires.
Can I still recontract to a HubBundle plan after my existing one ends?
HubBundle will no longer be available for recontracting after 31 December 2022.
What do you recommend as an alternative to HubBundle?
You can still sign up for our mobile and broadband plans individually. For mobile, you'll be able to retain your number when you sign up for a new plan.
Please note that the Netflix account tied to your HubBundle subscription will revert to your previous billing arrangement once you sign up for individual plans. If you have no previous billing arrangement, your Netflix service will be put on hold until you set up a payment method via the Netflix app.
As for Disney+, your subscription will continue till February 2023 as long as you have an active StarHub mobile service.
