The Internet Bridging Kit is a router that provides internet when StarHub broadband internet customers face an internet disruption.

It comes in either a portable wireless router or a standalone powered router together with a sim card that provides mobile data.

Unfortunately, we only provide 1 (one) Internet Bridging Kit per address.

The sim card consists of 65Gb of local data. Speed limit of 1Mbps will be imposed on Customer’s Mobile surfing speed when Customer exceeds 65GB at any time during a calendar month.

No. StarHub reserves the right to terminate the Internet Bridging Kit if the SIM card is used for overseas data, voice call, SMS or services other than the local data service. StarHub reserves the right to impose the full Charge of any usage exceeding 65GB local data. Eligibility of the Internet Bridging Kit is determined by our customer service representatives. StarHub reserves the right to issue or deny issuance at StarHub’s discretion.

Internet Bridging Kit has been provided to the Customer on a goodwill basis while repairs and/or servicing is ongoing until the date of restoration of the Fibre Service. Upon restoration of the Fibre Service (which shall be determined by StarHub solely) or at StarHub’s instruction or within three (3) months from the date of delivery of the Internet Bridging Kit whichever is earlier. In no event shall the Internet Bridging Kit be in the Customer’s possession for longer than three (3) months.

The following charges shall apply for lost or damage.

A charge of $38.15 will be imposed if found with traces of tampered sticker being removed / signs of removal or tempered with.
