What’s the difference between Plans and Deals?
Plans are standalone basic speed Plans with no frills. Deals are Plans that are bundled with a complimentary service (such as Mobile Broadband, Digital Voice, etc.) or with a Gadget (like a laptop, smartphone, tablet or TV), that you can enjoy with a monthly top-up.
When can I recontract?
You can recontract once your contract passes its due date.
Why can’t I sign up for a new Plan online?
This can be due to any of the following reasons:
- You have outstanding bill(s) with StarHub.
- Your selected address is not serviceable for Fibre Broadband.
- You have exceeded the maximum number of Broadband Plans that each address can subscribe to.
