How To Log In To My StarHub App
You can log in to My StarHub App using your Hub iD or StarHub mobile number by following the steps below. Do note that Mobile numbers under corporate accounts are not supported.
Open My StarHub App and choose either “Login with Hub iD” or “Login with StarHub mobile number”.
For Hub iD Login, enter your Hub iD and password to log in.
For login with StarHub mobile number, enter your StarHub mobile number and key in the verification code that was sent by SMS and email to your StarHub mobile number and email address respectively.
Log in via Hub iD
You can view and manage all your subscribed services and bills. The Hub iD belongs to the main account owner who signs up for all the services under his/her account.
Log in via StarHub mobile number
You can view your usage and/or manage some mobile services, depending on your level of access.
To have full access to services such as viewing and managing bills, you need to log in using your Hub iD.
By default, each StarHub mobile number login is assigned "Standard" access.
To change the level of access, the main account holder must log in to My StarHub App using their Hub iD, tap "Others" then go to "Manage profile".
You can log in to My StarHub App to view and manage all your subscribed StarHub services and bills.
You can view and manage mobile services under the StarHub mobile number you have logged in with.
The below services are not supported under ‘Standard’ access:
For full access, please log in using your Hub iD.
You can view mobile services under the StarHub mobile number you have logged in with and also set data usage alert settings.
The below services are not supported under ‘Basic’ access:
To view and manage all your StarHub services and bills, please log in using Hub iD.
If your mobile number is assigned ‘Standard’ access, you can only manage a specific list of services.
If your mobile number is assigned ‘Basic’ access, you can only view your mobile services and set your data usage alert settings.
You may inform the main account owner to change your access levels using Hub iD.
Currently, you can only log in via your mobile number for My StarHub App. To log in to other StarHub online portals (e.g. Online Store, StarHub Go, JuniorProtect portal), please log in using your Hub iD.
For Broadband/TV customers: You may view your service agreement on My StarHub App by visiting either the Broadband or TV tab and select “View Service Agreement”.
For Mobile Customers: Viewing your mobile service agreement is currently unavailable on My StarHub App. However, you may visit My Account to retrieve a copy of your service agreement.
