Set Up Your 5G Unlimited+, 5G Platinum and Senior APN

What should be my APN setting for 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior Plans? Is this automatically configured or do I need to set it up myself?

The APN is automatically configured on your device. In the event that you're not using the correct APN, you can set it up manually by entering SHWAP under "Name" and "APN". Should you need any assistance, feel free to start a chat with our HubBot via the StarHub app.

Where can I view my APN configuration?

If you’re using an Apple device, you can check your APN in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network. If you’re using an Android device, you can go to Settings > Connection > Mobile Networks.

Is there any event where I should change my APN?

APN settings should only be changed if your device is not currently using SHWAP as the configured APN. To maintain data connectivity, ensure that SHWAP is set. Please avoid changing your APN settings unless necessary, as incorrect configurations may result in issues with your mobile data access.
