We are continuously reviewing our services and with the declining usage of voicemail service, we will be discontinuing the below voicemail services:
- Enhanced Voicemail
- Power Mail
The voicemail service will be discontinued from 30 Nov 2021.
Not to worry, no action is required by you however, kindly note that any saved voicemail messages will be deleted.
The current retention period for voicemail messages is up to 7 days depending on the voice plan that you are subscribed to.

If you would like to save the message received before 30 November, please download to your mobile device. Otherwise, the message will be permanently deleted when the Voicemail service is discontinued.
If the service is discontinued between your billing period, the advance subscription fee billed to you will be pro-rated and credit will be shown in your subsequent bill.
Yes, this will apply to Postpaid mobile service including Enterprise mobile service and prepaid mobile users.
Voicemail Service Update
We are always reviewing our services to keep up with your mobile needs. In doing so, our voicemail service will no longer be available for new sign-ups.
Here are the steps to change your Voicemail password:
- Dial 1303 and log into your mailbox (The default password is 8888)
- Press 8 to access your personal option menu
- Press 2 to access your password option
- Press 3 to modify your password. (4 to 7 digits number)
- Press # to confirm the new password
Please dial 1303 followed by your password if you are calling from your Digital Voice Home line, or enter your mailbox number (your Digital Voice Home phone number), followed by your password if you are calling from another mobile or fixed-line phone.
A maximum of 5 messages can be stored at any one time. The duration of each message can be up to one minute long.
Here are the steps to personalise your Voicemail greeting:
- Dial 1303 and log into your mailbox
- Press 2 for Personalised Your Greeting Menu
- Press 4 to record your general greeting after the beep
- Press # to confirm
Call our Customer Care at 1633 and we will reset it to the default password (8888) for you.
The system will play a message that will inform the caller that your mailbox is full and he/she is unable to leave any message at that time. You are encouraged to delete your old messages regularly.
Yes. More than one message can be left in your mailbox at the same time, as long as it is within the allocated number of 5 messages.
Yes, simply press *4 to recover the deleted message before you hang up.
Yes, as long as the phone has a touch-tone dialing facility. Dial 1303, enter your mailbox number (your Digital Voice Home phone number), followed by your password.
Yes, a copy of the message will remain in your mailbox till you delete it or the retention period expires.
Message Waiting Indicator” function is not available at the present moment.
Messages are purged automatically after four days (for new messages) or two days (for saved messages).
