It’s totally hassle-free! The free TV will be delivered to you at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a phone call from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/ successful service installation date. You can arrange directly with the courier company on your preferred delivery date and time.
The delivery schedule will start at 10 am and end at 8 pm daily.
Please contact the courier company at the number they first contacted you with to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.
Rescheduling of delivery appointment for your TV is free as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery. We strongly advise the rescheduling request to be made at least 2 working days in advance for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

The courier company will be contacting you again within 3 working days to arrange for another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $55 (before GST) per trip by the courier company. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subjected to slots availability.
Yes, you can allow someone from the same household to receive the free TV on your behalf if it is being delivered to the service address of your broadband service. If you have requested the TV to be sent to a different address, an empty copy of letter of authorisation will be sent to you by the courier company, which you will need to fill out and send back to them before a delivery appointment can be scheduled. Kindly also ensure that the person who will be receiving the TV on your behalf is ready with his/her original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery.
Yes, both 43” and 55” 4K Android TV come with 3 years local warranty by the manufacturer. Please retain the copy of Delivery Order as proof of warranty. Kindly ensure that you check your TV upon delivery and installation. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.
Yes, free installation that includes fixed wall mount will be provided.
There will not be any scheduled delivery from 30 January 2022 Sunday till 2 February 2022 Wednesday. Delivery operations will resume on 3 February 2022 Thursday.
