Why is there a difference in prices displayed on the Online Store?
Prices shown on the Online Store order page reflects the actual charges reflected on your next bill.
What are the new mobile plans pricing after 8% GST?
While there are no changes to the plan names, your monthly bill will now reflect the price inclusive of 8% GST.
Please see below for examples of the revised pricing applicable to SIM Only or Device plans.

Why does the Online Store order page and/or my bill state $19.83/mth but the ad states $20 for the 4G $25 SIM Only Plan?
While the plan name remains as '4G $25 SIM Only Plan', your monthly bill will now reflect the price inclusive of 8% GST. If there is a promo discount or rebate which is $5 in this case - this will be applied to the plan before GST.
Why am I being billed $10.09 when the add-on shown on my bill is '$10 for 10GB'?
While the add-on name remains as '$10 for 10GB', your monthly bill will now reflect the price inclusive of 8% GST.
If I purchase my '$10 for 10GB' data add-on before 1 January 2023, but only use it after 1 January 2023, what is the GST applied?
If you purchased your data add-on before 1 January 2023, it will be subject to 7% GST even if you use it after 1 January 2023.
If I purchase DataTravel in December but scheduled to use it in January 2023, would the subscription charge be subject to 8% GST?
As DataTravel is not subject to GST, there will be no changes to your subscription charge.
What will I be charged on my roaming or DataTravel if I activated this in December 2022, but my bill cycle is in early January 2023? What will I see in the bill?
Roaming charges and DataTravel are not subject to GST. For example, if you opted in and activated a DataTravel APAC plan at $6, the bill will continue to reflect $6.
Pay As You Roam charges will likewise not be affected.
I've taken up the EasyGo monthly instalment plan on 28 December 2022. What will I see in my coming bill?
If your device is delivered before 1 January 2023, your instalment payments will not be subject to 8% GST as the 7% GST was already has been included in your monthly instalment cost.
For your SIM Only monthly payments, your bill will show:
- 7% GST for part of your bill from 28-31 December 2022
- 8% GST for part of the bill cycle period from 1-28 January 2023
Will any of the third-party (e.g., Amazon Prime) services be subject to 8% GST?
All charges subjected to GST will be denoted with "G" on your bill. If the third-party service has a “G”, it is subject to prevailing GST.
