You can activate your Hotstar account via My StarHub App in a few simple steps:

Step 1: Click on the link that was sent to you via SMS/Email.

Step 2: Key in your registered mobile number that has been subscribed with Indian+.

Step 3: Enter the verification code for confirmation.

Step 4: Once the activation is successful, download the Hotstar app from AppStore or Google Play Store to start watching!

For mobile devices:

Step 1: Tap on the top left menu and select “Login”.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number, followed by the 4-digit code sent to you by SMS right after. You will be logged in once that is done!

For StarHub TV+ Box:

Hotstar is available as a pre-loaded app on your StarHub TV+ box, so no action is needed from you. Do ensure that your StarHub TV+ box has been updated to the latest firmware version (1.2.1). Alternatively, you may check for system update via the following steps:

1) Go to Android TV Settings

2) Go to Device Preferences

3) Go to About

4) Go to System update

5) Select Check for update  

You can access the Hotstar app on your StarHub TV+ box via any of the following 3 ways:

a.) Home Screen – Featured Apps

b.) Home Screen – Banner

c) Apps & Games Section

Note: To sign in to the Hotstar app on the StarHub TV+ box, you will first need to activate your Hotstar account via My StarHub App.
