Why is StarHub adjusting the monthly subscription of Sports Group/Sports d’Lite/Sports?
Due to the rise of operational cost, there will be a price adjustment on Sports Group/Sports d’Lite/Sports+ on 28 April 2022.

Existing Sports Group customers
Existing Sports d’Lite Pack customers
Sports Pass customers on StarHub Entertainment Pass will not be affected by this adjustment.
I have subscribed to Sports Group/Sports d’Lite Pack/Sports+ before 28 April 2022. How will I be notified of the price adjustment?
Affected customers will receive a hardcopy letter mailed to your home address, an email, and a SMS notification regarding this price adjustment.
If I am still in contract for my Sports+ subscription, will the price adjustment take place for me immediately in my next billing cycle?
If you are currently still in contract, the price adjustment will not affect you immediately. This price adjustment will only take place in the following scenarios:
• Your first billing cycle after your contract has ended.
• Your Sports+ subscription is dropped or switched, and then re-subscribed again, within your contract period.
If I am not in any contract for my Sports+ subscription, will the price adjustment take place for me immediately in my next billing cycle?
If you are currently not in any contract for your Sports+ subscription, the price adjustment will take place in your next billing cycle after 28 April 2022.
Will there be a change to the programming since there is a price adjustment on Sports Group/Sports d’Lite Pack/Sports?
There will not be any changes to the programming as a result of this price adjustment.
