Cross-Carriage Lucky Draw FAQ
We are running a lucky draw to give away a 55" Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV. Other than the TV, the TV stand, power cable, and remote control will be included. Please note that HDMI cable is not included.
The TV comes with 1-year onsite servicing warranty by the manufacturer. Additional 2 years of extended onsite warranty will be given if the warranty is registered within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you win, you will need a copy of the Delivery Order for the registration of warranty online. The copy of the Delivery Order will be issued by the courier on the day of the delivery. Please register the warranty online at www.samsung.com/sg/support/warranty upon receiving the TV. Kindly ensure that you check your TV upon delivery and installation. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.
Customers who subscribe to our Premier League cross-carriage service and have it successfully activated by 31 July 2022 will be eligible for this lucky draw.
You just need to subscribe to our Premier League cross-carriage service and have it successfully activated by 31 July 2022 to be eligible for this lucky draw. You will receive an SMS when your cross-carriage service is activated. No filling out of any lucky draw form is required.
In order to receive the prize, the winner will need to remain subscribed to the cross-carriage service for a minimum of 1 month.
We will be selecting 1 lucky winner who will receive a 55" Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV.
The lucky draw will be conducted on 15 August 2022 and the winner will be notified via the email address submitted on the cross-carriage web form by 17 August 2022. The winner will need to get back to us by 19 August 2022. If there is no reply by the stipulated date, a replacement winner will be selected.
We will liaise with the winner via email on the delivery of the 55" Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV. If you win, the Samsung TV will be delivered to your address at no cost by our appointed courier company. You’ll receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days from 19 August 2022. You can arrange directly with the courier company on your preferred delivery date and time. The free installation including a fixed wall-mount will be provided during the same trip.
