There is no top-up option for this promotion. But both tablets are awesome either way! Please keep in mind that the courier company will be delivering the free Samsung tablet based on the plan or bundle you signed up with StarHub.

How much are the Samsung tablets?

What is the difference between the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (WiFi only) 64GB and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (WiFi only) 128GB?

The key difference is that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (WiFi only) 64GB operates on Android 11 while Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (WiFi only) 128GB operates on Android 9. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (WiFi only) 64GB is also bigger in dimension and heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (WiFi only). How do I redeem my free Samsung tablet?

It’s totally hassle-free! The free Samsung tablet will be delivered to you at no cost by our appointed courier company. You’ll receive an SMS from StarHub within 7 days of broadband installation to arrange for delivery of the tablet. The SMS will direct you to https://starhub.ptcd2h.com/StarhubDelivery where you can select your preferred delivery date and time. Please note that you will only be able to select your delivery schedule after you have received this SMS.

What time does the delivery start and end each day?

Delivery is on weekdays only, from 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm.

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free Samsung tablet?

Please submit a ticket on the same weblink provided should you require assistance; the delivery company will respond to your e-mail within 3 working days.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?

You will be charged $10 per trip for any unsuccessful delivery.

How many days in advance should I inform the courier company if I need to reschedule my delivery?

For rescheduling of delivery, please make changes on the weblink at least 1 working day in advance (not including Saturday and Sunday) and before 4:30 pm from your original scheduled delivery. Please submit a ticket on the same weblink provided should you require assistance, the delivery company will respond to your e-mail within 3 working days.

I missed the delivery appointment for the Samsung tablet. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery arranged?

Please refer to the SMS StarHub sent you and change your delivery appointment via https://starhub.ptcd2h.com/StarhubDelivery. The delivery charge will be $10 per trip, payable by cash/PayNow. This charge will apply for failed and rescheduled delivery.

Can my family member receive the Samsung tablet on my behalf?

Yes, kindly ensure that the person who will be receiving the tablet on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery appointment.

Does the free Samsung tablet come with a warranty?

Yes, both Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (WiFi only) 128GB and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (WiFi only) 64GB tablets come with a 1-year local warranty by the manufacturer. Please register the warranty online directly upon receiving the free tablet. Kindly ensure that you check your free tablet upon delivery and installation. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.
