What is HubBundle?

HubBundle is bundled service which comes with Fibre Broadband Plan, Mobile SIM Only Plan, Netflix Standard Plan and Disney+ access till 22 February 2023 (applicable with HubBundle 1G/2G plans bundled with 5G mobile SIM Only).

What is the difference between HomeHub+ and HubBundle?

HomeHub+ is a bundle comprising of in-home connectivity and entertainment while HubBundle is a bundle comprising of in-home & mobile connectivity and entertainment.

I am an existing customer, am I eligible to sign up or recontract to the HubBundle plan?

Yes, you can sign up a new HubBundle plan via our Online Store, StarHub Shops or Telesales (1630).


You can use My StarHub App to check your Mobile or Broadband plan recontract eligibility.

I already have a Netflix account, can I sign up for HubBundle?

Yes, you may sign up and link your existing Netflix account to your HubBundle subscription. Click here for the step-by-step guide.


Note: If your existing Netflix subscription is billed through iTunes via Apple, you will need to cancel your Netflix subscription by following these steps to avoid duplicated charging.

How do I sign up for HubBundle?

You may visit our Online Store, head down to any StarHub Shops or call our Sales Hotline at 1630 to sign up.

When will my HubBundle subscription or contract commence?
Your subscription or contract will commence after your Fibre Broadband is installed and Mobile SIM Only Plan is activated. Prevailing charges for each individual service will apply prior to the commencement of your HubBundle subscription.


Example:

  • Account bill cycle starts on 12th of every calendar month
  • Delivery/Collection of SIM card on 14 September 2021
  • Installation of Broadband service on 20 September 2021

Can I transfer my HubBundle contract to another person?

Yes, you may. The new subscriber will take on the remainder of your contractual obligations to StarHub. Your Netflix account will also be terminated, and the new owner will be requested to activate the Netflix account separately under his or her HubBundle subscription.


For transfer of service, you can visit any StarHub Shops together with the transferee. Please bring along your respective IDs too.

  • If you are a Singaporean or PR, please bring your NRIC.
  • If you are a foreigner, please bring either your Passport, Employment Pass, Work Permit, Social or Dependent Pass.

After the suspension or termination of my HubBundle subscription, I received a notification that my Netflix subscription will resume on my method of payment on file with Netflix. Why is that so?

Netflix will resume your Netflix subscription based on the prior method of payment (e.g., credit card) that it has on file for your account. If you no longer require your Netflix account, please cancel your subscription with Netflix directly. For further enquiries, you may contact Netflix Customer Service.

Can I terminate any of the individual service(s) under HubBundle?

Termination of any individual service will result in the termination of HubBundle subscription.


The data bundle of your Mobile SIM Only plan with 5G will revert to the original base plan data bundle of 30GB upon termination of your broadband plan. There will be an Early Termination Charge if you cancel your HubBundle 1G/2G subscription before the Minimum Contract Period.


The data bundle of your Mobile SIM Only plan with 4G will revert to the original base plan data bundle of 35GB upon termination of your broadband plan. There will be an Early Termination Charge if you cancel your HubBundle 1G/2G (4G SIM only) subscription before the Minimum Contract Period.

Can I terminate my HubBundle subscription anytime I want?

Yes, however, there will be an Early Termination Charge if you cancel your HubBundle subscription before the Minimum Contract Period.

What are the Early Termination Charges for HubBundle subscription?

The Early Termination Charges are tiered according to the number months left in your contract at the point of your termination request. The tiered Early Termination Charges might vary from the monthly subscription fee.

Can I request for different billing address for StarHub Fibre Broadband, Mobile SIM Only plan, Netflix and Disney+ services in my HubBundle subscription?

No, only 1 bill will be generated for your HubBundle subscription.

Can I request for the services to be utilised in different addresses?

No, all services under HubBundle must be registered and utilised in 1 residential address.

What will happen to my existing home phone line if I recontract to HubBundle?

The home phone line under your existing HomeHub subscription will be chargeable at $2.10/month if you recontract to HubBundle. You can choose to terminate your home phone line if you do not wish to continue this service.

Can I terminate my home phone line if I recontract to HubBundle?

Yes, you may terminate your home phone line if you do not wish to continue this service.

What will happen to my existing StarHub TV+ if I recontract to HubBundle?

Your StarHub TV+ pass will be chargeable from $15/month if you recontract to HubBundle. Click here to find out how much is the StarHub TV+ pass you are subscribed to.

Can I terminate my StarHub TV+ if I recontract to HubBundle?

Yes, you may terminate your StarHub TV+ pass if you do not wish to continue this service. You can return the StarHub TV+ Box (along with the remote control and power adapter) to the following StarHub Shops during operating hours. Otherwise, an Equipment Loss Charge will be incurred.

Can I start using my Mobile SIM Only plan immediately upon sign-up/recontract to HubBundle?

For new customers, you can start using your Mobile SIM Only plan after the SIM Card is delivered to you.


For customers who are re-contracting your existing mobile plan to the HubBundle plan, you can start using your Mobile SIM Only plan upon successful recontract.

When will I receive my Mobile SIM card? Can I request to have it delivered before my Fibre Broadband installation?

Your Mobile SIM Card will be delivered on the day of your Fibre Broadband installation.


You may request to have your Mobile SIM Card delivered before the activation of your Fibre broadband. Please note that pro-ration of Mobile SIM Only plan will apply for the period between the Mobile SIM Card delivery date and the Fibre Broadband activation date.


For example, if your Account bill cycle is on the 12th of every calendar month and SIM Card is delivered on 17th January before the installation of your Broadband service on 1st February, you will be charged pro-rated mobile subscription under SIM only plan from 17th January to 31st January 2021.

Can the SIM card be delivered to non-registered user?

No. The customer who signs up for the service shall be present at home and physically receive the SIM card at the time of delivery. The delivery shall be aborted and rescheduled should the registered user is not present at home, this applies for the appointment consists of SIM card delivery only, or appointment consists of both SIM card delivery and Broadband delivery/installation.



Disney+ – HubBundle Promotion FAQ

I am currently subscribing to HubBundle 1G/2G plan. How long is my Disney+ bundled access?

Customers who are subscribing to HubBundle 1G/2G plan will be able to enjoy Disney+ on us till 22 February 2023.

How do I activate my Disney+ bundled access?

You can activate your Disney+ bundled access via My StarHub App. Refer to our step-by-step activation guide here.

Is there a deadline on when we would need to activate our free access to Disney+?

Happy to share while there is no deadline to activating your free access, your access period will begin from the day you receive your activation SMS from us. For example, if your 12-month Disney+ access was given to you on 23 February 2021, the free period will be until 22 February 2022. If you activate your Disney+ access on 22 February 2022, the free period will be until 21 February 2023. Do note that this applies for eligible Broadband subscribers only.

What happens to my Disney+ access after the current access period?

You can continue to access Disney+, however a subscription fee of $11.98/month will apply from the next month after the current access ends. Not to worry, you will be notified at least one month before your current Disney+ access ends, and you can choose to remove the Disney+ subscription from your StarHub billing account via My StarHub App if you do not wish to continue.

What will happen to my Disney+ access if my HubBundle service is suspended?

Your Disney+ access will be paused. You can activate your Disney+ access again once your HubBundle 1G/2G service is reinstated.

What will happen to my Disney+ access if I terminate my HubBundle service?

Unfortunately, your Disney+ access with StarHub will be terminated as well. You may subscribe to Disney+ directly to continue enjoying the service.



Guide to Netflix Activation

How do I activate or link my Netflix Account under HubBundle?

After your Fibre Broadband is successfully installed, you can activate your Netflix account easily via My StarHub App.

1. Open My StarHub App and click to the Broadband Tab.

2. Click on ‘Pending Netflix Account Activation.’

3. You will be redirected to the Netflix webpage. Enter your email address to set up or link your existing Netflix account.

Guide to Disney+ Activation

How do I activate Disney+ access under HubBundle?

Activate your Disney+ access in 5 simple steps:

Step 1:

Upon signing up to one of the eligible plans, look out for the SMS and/or email that will be sent to your registered mobile number or email with StarHub within 24 hours once your StarHub service has been fully activated.


Step 2:

Click on the activation link in the SMS and/or email on your mobile device to go to My StarHub App.

If you are not using the latest version of My StarHub App, please update your app in the App Store or Google Play Store.


Step 3:

The activation link will lead you directly to the Disney+ Subscription page.

Alternatively, you can also open My StarHub App, go to the “Entertainment” page and select Disney+.

Step 4:

The Disney+ Subscription page will display the Disney+ access that’s tied to your StarHub Service.

Click Activate now to proceed to the Disney+ webpage to register a Disney+ account.

If you have signed up for more than one eligible plan, you can enjoy one Disney+ access with each eligible plan. However, you will be required to use a different email address to register for separate Disney+ accounts.


Step 5:

On the Disney+ webpage, enter an email address and password to create your Disney+ account.

If you are entitled to more than one Disney+ access, please use a different email address and password to create separate Disney+ accounts.

You are all set to go! You can start streaming on www.disneyplus.com or download the app on your mobile devices.
