What is iWantTFC?

iWantTFC, the Home of Filipino Stories! The biggest library and the widest variety of Filipino movies, series, originals, award-winning content and many more!

iWantTFC is an Over-the-Top (OTT) content platform which offers video-on-demand (VOD) content and live streams on-ground events and concerts. The service is available worldwide, primarily offering Filipino content to a global audience. iWantTFC also live streams linear channels such as:

  • The Filipino Channel
  • ANC
  • Cinema One Global

How do I subscribe to iWantTFC?

You can sign up for StarHub TV+ with Filipino+ Pass to enjoy complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan. For current promotions, please visit here.

Existing StarHub TV+ customers can add the Filipino+ Pass via StarHub App to enjoy complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan.

Once the Filipino+ Pass is successfully activated, you’ll receive an SMS or email notification about your iWantTFC Standard Plan access.

I’m an existing Filipino+ Pass subscriber. How and when can I enjoy iWantTFC Standard?

For existing Filipino+ Pass subscribers, we’re working on enabling your access to enjoy iWantTFC Standard progressively in the month of September. You’ll receive an SMS or email notification once your access has been enabled.

I have multiple Filipino+ Pass subscriptions. Do I enjoy multiple complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan?

You’ll only be able to enjoy 1 complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan regardless of the number of Filipino+ Pass subscriptions you have. With a standard account, you can enjoy all LIVE channels and programmes, including all episodes of current series and Originals on up to 3 registered devices.

Is activation required for iWantTFC Standard Plan access and is there any expiry period?

You can activate your complimentary access for iWantTFC Standard Plan using your Hub iD as soon as you receive the SMS or email notifying you that your access has been enabled. Just ensure that you have an active subscription to Filipino+ Pass.

I’m an existing iWantTFC subscriber. How can I enjoy complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan from StarHub with my Filipino+ Pass subscription?

If you have an existing iWantTFC paid subscription directly with iWantTFC and is currently enrolled to automatic payment renewal, please note that your direct subscription to iWantTFC will continue with recurring charges unless you deactivate it. For enquiries, please email support@iwantTFC.com.

What will happen to my complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan if I remove my Filipino+ Pass?

Unfortunately, your complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan will be terminated as well.

What will happen to my complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan if I terminate my StarHub TV+ service?

Unfortunately, your complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan will be terminated as well.

What will happen to my complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan if I transfer the ownership of my StarHub TV+ service?

Unfortunately, your complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan will be terminated. The new owner of your StarHub TV+ service will have complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan as long as they keep the Filipino+ Pass. They will need to log in with their Hub iD to start their access.

What will happen to my complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan if I suspend my StarHub TV+ service?

Your complimentary access to iWantTFC Standard Plan will be paused and you’ll need to re-activate your iWantTFC Standard Plan access using your Hub iD once your StarHub TV+ service resumes.

Where can I access iWantTFC?

You can access iWantTFC via the following:

  • StarHub TV+ Box and StarHub TV+ Pro

  • Android* or iOS mobile app

  • Website at www.iwanttfc.com

  • Selected Samsung and LG Smart TV models

  • Selected Android TV models

How do I log in to iWantTFC with my Hub iD?

Can I stream on iWantTFC on multiple devices at the same time?

As an iWantTFC Standard Plan user, you can stream on up to 3 registered devices at the same time.

I encountered this message “You have reached the maximum number of devices in your account. Please, remove one of devices in web app and try again.” while trying to stream a video. What should I do?

To remove any registered device, please follow the following steps:


Step 1: Go to the iWantTFC app

Step 2: Select Menu > Devices

Step 3: Click the “Delete” button to de-register a device


Note: You can only delete 1 device every 60 seconds.

Can I download movies and shows with iWantTFC?

The download feature is not available on iWantTFC.

Will mobile data charges apply when I stream on iWantTFC?

Do note that any mobile data used while streaming on iWantTFC will be deducted from your data allowance bundle.

Is there restricted content for iWantTFC?

Yes, there are selected content on iWantTFC with the following content classifications:

  • General - Suitable for all ages.

  • Strong Parental Guidance (SPG) – Contains themes and topics which requires vigilant guidance and presence of a parent or an adult.

  • Restricted-13 (R-13) – Restricted to viewers aged 13 and above.

  • Restricted-16 (R-16) – Restricted to viewers aged 16 and above.

  • Restricted-18 (R-18) – Restricted to viewers aged 18 and above.

Is Chromecast supported for iWantTFC?

Yes, Chromecast is supported for iWantTFC web only. Simply ensure that iWantTFC web and your Chromecast device are in the same Wi-Fi network, and tap the Cast icon shown on the player controls.

Can I use iWantTFC outside of Singapore?

You’ll be able to stream iWantTFC content, outside of Singapore, in countries where iWantTFC is available.

I’m encountering problems with using the iWantTFC app, what should I do?
