e-bill Migration FAQ
E-bills is an initiative to cut environmental waste and reduce our carbon footprint. As a plus point, it also provides an easier billing experience!
- Instant Access: Skip the queues - view and pay your bills anytime, anywhere.
- Easy Management: View up to your last 6 bills and say goodbye to messy paper filing.
- Timely Alerts: Get email/SMS notifications when your e-bills are ready for viewing.
Simply sit back and relax, as we have already arranged for existing customers to be automatically migrated to e-bills by 29 October 2020.
Upon successful migration, you will receive an email/SMS with your billing account status and steps to retrieve your e-bills via My StarHub App.
To continue subscribing to our paper bill service, simply head to starhub.com/ebillmigration and sign up by 20 October 2020.
Please note that there will be a fee of $2.68/month (GST included) incurred for each billing account, with the exception of StarHub customers aged 60 and above, who may enjoy free paper bill subscriptions.
This is due to the considerable increase in the cost of printing paper bills as fewer customers require paper bills. The paper bill charge also helps to defray the overall cost for postage.
To unsubscribe from paper bills, simply follow these steps on My StarHub App:

As of 27 September 2018, all sign-ups for StarHub services are automatically registered for e-bills. This could mean that you still have ongoing contracts from before the given date.
- If you are only subscribed to our e-bill service:
Simply head to My StarHub App > “Bills” > “Manage Bill Notifications” to opt in. Once your request is successfully processed, you will receive free paper bills from the following month.
- If you are subscribed to both our e-bill and paper bill services:
You’re all good to go! Your paper bill subscription charges will be waived once your month of birth comes around.
Yes, you can. Simply head to My StarHub App > “View” > “Manage Bill Notifications” to opt in. Please take note that a fee of $2.68/month (GST included) will be incurred for each billing account starting November 2020.
For AXS Station:
- Select “Bills” on the right menu.
- Choose the category of the bill you are making payment for, followed by StarHub.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter/retrieve your billing account information* and payment amount.
- Check if the details are correct, then select “Confirm” to continue.
- To add more bills, simply select “Pay Another Bill” and repeat steps 2 to 4. Otherwise, select “Proceed to Payment Summary”.
- Confirm your billing details and select “Proceed to Pay” to make payment.
- Complete the process by following the on-screen instructions.
For AXS m-Station app:
- Download the app via App Store or Google Play Store.
- Select “Bills” > “General” > “StarHub”.
- Enter your billing information* and payment amount.
- Select “Confirm” to continue.
*Note: You can find the Billing Account Number on the top right corner on your StarHub bill to make one-off payment(s).
