It’s totally hassle-free! The free Xiaomi Mi 4K Android TV will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.

I missed the delivery appointment for the free Xiaomi Mi 4K Android TV. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery arranged?

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange for another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $58.85 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subject to slot availability.

Can my family member receive the free Xiaomi Mi 4K Android TV on my behalf?

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the free TV on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.

If you have requested for the TV to be sent to a different address, a blank copy of a letter of authorisation will be sent to you by the courier company. You will need to fill out the letter of authorisation and send it back to the courier company before the delivery appointment can be scheduled. Kindly also ensure that the person who will be receiving the TV on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery appointment. Do note that there will be an administration fee of $5 (no GST) for this arrangement, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.

Does the free Xiaomi Mi 4K Android TV come with warranty?

Yes, both 58” and 65” Xiaomi 4K Android TV come with 3 years local warranty by the manufacturer. Please retain the copy of the Delivery Order as proof of warranty. For more information, you can visit Xiaomi’s official website.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your free TV. Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copy of the Delivery Order if necessary.

Will there be free installation for the free Xiaomi Mi 4K Android TV?

Yes, free installation will be provided, including a fixed wall mount. Please ensure that the delivery and installation of the TV (fixed wall mount/desktop installation) can be done on the same trip. Any additional trips for the installation of your TV will be chargeable at $58.85 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.
