StarHub Streaming Box is an Android TV streaming box which is designed to work on any broadband connection. In addition to StarHub Go Packs, you can also enjoy the suite of Android TV services such as YouTube, FOX+ and more on Google Play Store. It also comes with Google Voice Search and Chromecast built-in.
StarHub Fibre TV set-top box offers a full suite of over 160 live, catch-up and on-demand channels on 7 Entertainment Passes. To enjoy StarHub Fibre TV, you will require a StarHub Fibre Broadband.
StarHub Streaming Box will only work within Singapore.
Your StarHub Streaming Box will work with any internet connection.
However, you need to ensure that your internet connection is stable and provides at least the recommended bandwidth (10Mbps) required for video streaming.
StarHub also reserves the right to refuse service if VPN / proxy services are detected with your internet connection, in order to comply with content restrictions that are imposed on StarHub for providing this video streaming service.

No. The StarHub Streaming Box and StarHub TV are 2 different service offerings with different subscription packages.
You can stream your content on two (2) device / screen using your Hub iD.
You can register up to five (5) devices with a single Hub iD. Logging in on a device will register that device to your Hub iD.
Yes, they are available on StarHub Streaming Box, except for FOX+ where you can find it under ‘Apps & Games’. Please ensure that you are logged in with your Hub iD.
Netflix, Prime Video and MeWatch are not available on the StarHub Streaming Box. These are dependent on their respective owners and developers to make availability on supported devices.
Mediacorp free-to-air channels are not available on the StarHub Streaming Box. However, we do have Go Local content which is free on the StarHub Streaming Box which you can enjoy as well.
The StarHub Streaming Box supports HDMI version 2.0 and High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) version 2.2 in order to comply to the latest industry copyright protection standards. Your output device will need to be HDCP compliant in order to display video signal from the StarHub Streaming Box. It is recommended to connect directly to a TV set which is typically HDCP compliant.
The StarHub Streaming Box is covered under a limited warranty, which covers the hardware and accessories, against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of original purchase. StarHub does not warrant against normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, neglect or abuse, services or alterations made by third- party providers, software as well as consumables such as batteries.
